Dude that was GREAT. Don't downplay that Ridley run, especially since he's not someone you normally use. My brother loves him and I can't wait to show him this video. I picked him up and have a lot of fun playing him too. Your execution was REALLY solid as a showcase of how to use him.
Each attack deliberate, keeping the perfect spacing, and just making sure to cover against whatever your opponents could do for many of the matches. Excellent patience as always, I honestly think your overall skill and game sense displayed better with Ridley than with most of the GSP episode characters. Hope you had fun playing him, most of all. Has his weaknesses but in the hands of a pro he is deadly.

It is fun to keep your opponent trapped in the air and drag them off the stage! However, he is the size of a heavy but surprisingly lightweight. I'm glad he finally made it to Smash, though. I really hope Raven Beak makes his debut in the next Smash!

@@mattb6522 The Wiki states that Raven Beak's attacks in the second phase of his boss fight are highly reminiscent of Ridley's traditional attacks and may be intended as a tribute since Ridley himself makes no appearance in the game.

@@andrewww13 at least you can do the up-b spike and still grab ledge but that takes some finesse. He has a move that looks like his fair but it goes downward in super metroid, it could be like that or something

@@dreggsmcgee7310 Mewtwo in the games has always been a fast character, they make Mewtwo more light weight in smash to balance it out. It says that Mewtwo has the 3rd fastest air speed in the Smash roster, just below that of Jiggly puff.
