I would love to own a gun so I can easily protect my family if that danger ever comes to my doorstep, but I'm also very scared of owning a gun, knowing for a fact my child has struggled with mental health issues. For that reason I choosed to not own a gun since there are many other ways to protect my children and I dont ever want to ever risk that possibility of that, "what if?" Then I would have to live with myself knowing I could've prevented something for ever happening .

Our founding fathers enshrined our God-given rights to self-defense in our constitution to ensure our freedom into perpetuity. There are at least 20 million AR15 and other such semi automatic rifles in the hands of law abiding citizens in this country, although I suspect the number is much much higher than that. FBI crime statistics report that rifles of *_any_* kind and that's *_including_* the AR15 are responsible for *only 600 crimes in an average year.* This is in a nation of more than *330 million people.* Hands feet and clubs are responsible for *more* mayhem each year than rifles. And yet, Democrats are hell bent on banning our ability to defend ourselves from tyrants foreign or domestic using rifles. An intelligent person would be asking themselves *why* they are so damned concerned about these rifles based on these insignificant statistics. If semi automatic rifles in the hands of millions of law abiding Americans was a *real* problem you would personally know about it every day of your life without a doubt.
Furthermore, there are on average *15,000* handgun homicides in this country in an average year according to FBI statistics. This is again, in a country of more than *330 million people.* If you know how to calculate percentages, you will discover that you have more of a chance of a monkey jumping out of your pants singing God Bless America holding a winning lottery ticket than you have of getting shot in an average year in the United States. That is of course unless you live in a city or state controlled by Democrats in which case your chances *increase exponentially.* Now, here's an interesting statistic that the Democrats do not want you to know for some weird reason... the *Justice Department* estimates that law abiding American citizens use guns to successfully *protect themselves* from violent crime somewhere between *200,000 and three million times in an average year.* The *fact* is that guns *save* more lives in this country than they *take* each year.
You really need to stop listening to people like the propagandists in the video above, they will drive you crazy with their lies.

The fact the the word violence proceed the word gun is clear indication that violence is key factor. The truth is the problem is unrestrained violent impulsive behavior. Unbridled emotions that stem from a lack of spiritual and mental health upkeep. Little to no personal relationship to The Creator, no prayer life, no time to invest in reading the books sent from God in which there is guidance and mercy to all who engage them.
You steer them away from God and the books, you gear them in the direction of immorality and unseemly conduct, you gear them towards free love in society and to do whatever makes you feel good (ba'al worship), you gear them towards reprobate behavior, and then you expect paradise on earth when you have in fact set the stage for hell on earth. Exactly what you see and are complaining about right now. You are a confused and sick people and you have not the ability to bring healing to yourselves. We are doomed if this ship is not geared in the right direction.
As for guns...we assume we all have a need for them until we all have no need for them. No one has the right to tell another they have no right to bear and possess a firearm if there be any others that do. The Constitution is clear and legible. There is no need to create arguments that are simply not there. Until no one needs a gun we assume we all need and have the right to own one. It's that simple.
The right thing to do is usually the hard thing to do. So given today's society and the direction it's headed the hard thing to do is point them in His direction. It's the only one that will work.

@@schmidinhoExcept stats from FBI and CDC in 2018 showed American citizens used firearms in self defense against criminals and wild animals in approximately 500,000 incidents per year. But considering you and your type struggle to figure out what a woman is, not surprised this topic is also too complicated for you.

You have a fear. Good people still need a way to defend themselves from evil people. The Second Amendment was written for very real reasons. And there's no changing it. Maybe try changing your culture. Just an idea.
