at 6:05 they show a chart where they say the more guns there are the more gun deaths occur. They don't bother to explain a particular lapse in their data however; in the brackets of gun ownership between 10-20% lies NH, my home state as a matter of fact. In NH we have the most amount of guns per capita in the US with a staggeringly low crime rate, so in other words: not only do guns in this part of the US deter crime and keep people safe, but your own chart is inaccurate and misleading. Its amazing how they just lie flat out like this. That doesnt even pass the scrutiny of the most basic common sense. Its actually the opposite, more guns the cities have alot less crime. And i just love how they show the 40k gun deaths without mentioning that those include people cops shooitng bad guys, women killing rapists and surviving, and 2/3rds are suicide. They wont even tell you the number of gun homocides because if they did that they would have to show the total number of homocides and they would realize there is no epidemic. In reality it isnt, you just need excuses because you know you cant justify owning a gun . Just as saying the crime rate is low because people have guns is like saying everyone is a criminal but guns stop them in their tracks. We've had barely any gun problems since apart from a few gang people shooting each other which is no loss to the world. Americans say "well you have loads of knife crime in the UK"...yea in parts of London and some big cities but the only "gun crime" I know of in my area is people shooting their neighbours cats with BB guns because they're stealing their cats food, that's how safe it is here. We don't have to worry about our kids being shot at school or our people being robbed and killed by blacks. America is the third world, I just don't think a lot of them realise it.

@Fah Q And yet you [presumably] support the police _(feel free to correct me if you don't; it'll make this interesting)_ who are the greatest physical threat to our gun rights and undoubtedly the most practical and logical option for a gun confiscation. I can assure you the purple-haired 19-year-old anti-gun Starbucks barista college freshman is not the real threat, here. Have you ever said "Don't tread on me" or "Come and take it", or waved the Gadsden flag? I often hear these phrases from gun owners, particularly conservatives and Right-wingers who are VERY vocal of their support of the Second Amendment -- something I'm inclined to agree with as a gun owner. Only YOU know if you've ever said either of these phrases, but if you ever have then think on what I've written. Think about who's gonna be knocking on that day.
You're not the ones who want gun control, sure. Often liberals are; I don't like liberals either, I think they're weaklings and hippies with misallocated concerns. But who's got the resources and power to TAKE those guns? Biden isn't going to do it. You and I both know he's a dickless coward who wouldn't dare try to kick down either of our doors. But who would? Who do you think gun owners would be afraid to shoot knowing that it would not only imperil their lives but, assuming they survive, result in a legal situation that's heavily NOT in their favor? You know what I'm talking about. They'll forever be marked not just as killers but "cop killers". How does someone easily explain that they killed a cop without being immediately viewed as a criminal? That's what we think of when people kill cops, right? Criminals. You'd be ostracized for it no doubt since many gun owners are boot-lickers and cop lovers.
Now I don't wish death on anyone outside of self-defense, even pigs, but I do find it curious how chest-thumping Right-wingers and conservatives simultaneously support the police while being gun advocates. Surely you can understand where I'm coming from here. When I bring this topic up I find that a lot of people just stop engaging with me either because the subject makes them uncomfortable [which I understand] or it introduces them to something they've never thought about.

It’s not the guns, it’s our culture. We had tons of guns even back in the 50’s and 60’s. Sone kids used to have a shotgun in their trucks in the school parking lot.
What has changed is that parents are no longer allowed to discipline their children. God has been kicked out of schools, clubs. Government. We started kowtowing to every little group around because their feelings were hurt.
Violent movies and music are all over the airways. Death has become a part of video games our children are raised on. They have become desensitized. Rap music glorifies misogyny and killing to steal and gain fame and power.
It’s not the guns, how stupid are people?

    • @drzoidberg3849

Christianity isn’t taught in schools because not everyone in school is Christian. It was kicked out of the government centuries before today, since the constitution clearly states “separation of church and state”. Violent movies have nothing to do with school shootings. Do you really think a 10 year old sees John Wick and then says “I wanna kill people now!”? Violent video games also have nothing to do with them because for one, there are laws that prevent anyone from under 17 from buying them, and two, kids only shoot people in games because they know it isn’t real, if a kid decided to shoot someone because of call of duty, they wouldn’t live with themselves. Rap music is not just about misogyny and death, it’s a broad topic, but it’s not like snoop dogg and drake are trying to raise an army of 15 year olds who just want to be cool. By giving children access to physical guns, THEN they can kill people. The reason why they do it are all different and completely complicated.
