Thanks for putting this up! I was at this show and can clearly see my teenage self in the front. This was a great show and maybe the only time I went to the Pontiac Grill (since it was 21 and up).
Found my way here as a fan of Lungfish, who Sean Meadows played bass with on and off. Nerding out that Lungfish put out a record called "Pass and Stow" in 1994, Meadows played with Lungfish in '95, this song "Sharks and Sailors" came out in '96 and includes repeated yelling of the phrase "Pass and Stow." "Pass and Stow" refers to the Liberty Bell, for anyone unaware. Anyway, erding.
I accidentally clicked this. Thank you drunk finger
Stll amazing. Thouse pauses!

This song just popped in my head after 10-15 years for no reason, and here it is. Nice post.
Amazing. Really is a stunning performance of a great track. One the best 90's bands.

@numberonealcove YARRR!
the vocals are so much better on the studio track
agreed.. attempted to learn how to play this song and cover it
I'm having trouble finding out how to play this on guitar...
Is it in standard or drop d??
I really wanna cover this..
Same! Pls lmk if u find anything
Definitely drop D at least. That low chugging note on Jeff’s guitar is definitely a D
how many know sharks and sailors is a kids playground game. just wondering
Nautical rock. Not boat rock.
A serial killers favourite band?
Look Jimmy!... Proto-hipsters.
wow, this band sucked. There's a lot of good post-hardcore, but those great bands sure did inspire some garbage.
Everybody here loves June. Enjoy your Paramore ;)
You like Kreayshawn
You are the lil weewee in the room. Anywhere you go...
I love this band but they probably were better on record so maybe you might give the recording a try. You can hear the space a lot better
