All we have is breath and that's just one breath at a time.

Thanks so much. That was incredible sensei. Could you tell us what else you demonstrated after the end of the video about the elbows, please?

Yes, sure! I was mentioning that elbows and knees connections. I practice to sense elbows and knees when you breathe.

@@aikiyoshiartsmachushindo Thank you so much for your quick reply and your channel. So many of these concepts are talked about with Daito Ryu people I practice with. No-one seems to know how to do them or put them into practice.I am very curious in where to find reference material :) Thanks again

@@ursamajor5107 You are welcome. It is my pleasure sharing. I practiced many different arts including with Seigo Okamoto Sensei.
I also find many things from my solo practices over the years. Thank you for your comments!

@@aikiyoshiartsmachushindo It is a measure of you as a great teacher to how much you have to share and are willing to share freely. You work will ensure that these real martial arts are passed on to the next generation. You have really inspired me to study these internal concepts deeply and I would love the chance to practice with you one day. Thank you.

Thank you very much! I will be glad to meet you and train with you. May I ask where you live? I might go to somewhere closer to you one day.
