    Very timely video, thanks for the tips! I agree, Leads module does not work well for B2B, thanks for this solution!

    I am thrilled I (finally) found BluRoot. Months struggling to make sense of ZOHO and BluRoot has nailed it. I playBluRoot video on one monitor and open ZOHO on second monitor and just follow along. Thank you, thank you, thank you BluRoot!!!

    Great vid! Not only for B2b but also for smaller practices where we don't have a ton of leads....ie low volume but high $ amount per lead as in my real estate sales business. My only question is for consistency - shouldn't the 'Account Status' read Client NOT Customer (so that it matches with Contact Status? Thanks so much. - I will be implementing some version of this. Another comment is I operate more out of the Deal pipeline view - ie the far left stage (ie Prospects ) is where most of my new contacts (prospects) go and daily I'm trying to move them along to the right in the pipeline - this is more of a simpler workflow vs confusion with toggling back and forth with leads and deals module...Cheers!

      Hi MStar10. Thanks for your comment. Making the 'Account Status' to be Client to match the contact makes a lot of sense. In this video, we simply chose Customer given the options that existed in this system.
      As to your point about using the Deal Pipeline view, we love this, but also insist on using Accounts/Contacts to some degree. The reason for this is because when the same customer comes to do a second deal with you, the Contact/Account remains constant, but you can have a new deal to track.

      @@BluRoot Right great point re multiple deals for one C/A. Keep up the great work, guys! By the way, I had a question - how would you recommend setting up an account for a residential real estate sales agent (myself) - where many of my clients are Couples. I found no easy solution in Zoho - as I can't seem to put into 2 contacts to initiate one deal(Home purchase). Any recos? Thanks!

    What if the contact changes the company/account? We will have to keep track of that as well and add and minus contacts information and accounts data base every time.

      Unfortunately, in Zoho a contact can only be a part of one account at a time, and with that, when someone leaves Account A and goes to Account B, you will have the change that in the contact. Typically this works well!

    Great video - what happens if you create the lead inside the opportunity and it doesn’t materialize, does that impact your win/loss statistics? Do you need to mark as Archived Prospect or Lost Opportunity, etc.?

      Hi Dan. As long as you have the contact linked to the opportunity (doesn't matter how it is achieved), the behavior is going to be the same as what the video shows. To handle lost opportunities, I would suggest making another condition within the workflow to mark the Contact as "Lost". With this, both the Contact AND the Deal will reflect the correct status and your ratios will be properly calculated.

      Yes we often call them opportunities.. But deals are the same thing as opportunities.

      Hi Lerato,
      Zoho is a cloud based software company and I do not know of any upcoming plans to make a desktop version.

    I searched out this video after watching this clip th-cam.com/video/dAhC4LJeB0c/w-d-xo.html do I need to remove the command center modules if I am only removing leads? th-cam.com/video/dAhC4LJeB0c/w-d-xo.html Do you have a video that goes into detail on command center?

    • @BluRoot
      @BluRoot  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Wes, you do need to turn off the Command Center (there is typically 1 on in the leads module). Once you have turned it off, you can remove the leads module. As for command center video, no I do not have a video on it yet but I will be bringing one out.
