Vibes of Rodney Mullen, Tony Hawk, Perralta... No swearing, a helmet, a positive spirit.... This is the skating I love.

@Alan formula1 Sounds more like a general human being thing rather than a skateboarder type of person. You'll find teenagers are way more prone to behave like that and not the younger and/or older folks, but once again that has to do with age and maturity not really a skateboarding thing IMO.

Guys like him and Winkowski simply are bringing back old styles that have existed for decades but were deemed not cool anymore. So now that those styles haven’t been seen for years, it seems new and different. In some cases, guys like Andy Anderson and Eric Winkowski have never been seen before period for younger generations of skaters. A lot of people are tired of the super tech skating and are getting more and more into bowl and transition skating and guys skating with style and feeling over unattainable tech skating. Andy has managed to mix so many styles and tech skating in such a way that kids can relate to it. And Winkowski hitting inverts and long lipslides on handrails with an 80s shaped board and 80s street style is refreshing for people to see instead of another kickflip front crook flip out.

I'm a 47 ye old who met the bones Brigade on tour in the UK 89 /90 after 20 years mine spine gave out leaving me unable to skate .Andy Anderson is everything skateboarding was and still is to me..The way he explains doing not thinking energy moving etc is what makes him such a amazing skater. In my eyes hes got to be best of the last 20 +years........

He is the next level of skateboarders! Incorporating the three basic elements of skateboarding, street, transition and freestyle using intelligence, creativity and an open mind to produce a blend of all three at the same time and in doing so progressing the evolutionary process of skateboarding! Next Level! Dude Rips!! Stylishly!!!

The soundtrack on this vid is as badass as Andy is. I fucking love this human. He's made me want to get back into skating. I'm almost 40 and it's been two decades since I've been on a board. He's doing exact what Mullen did for me back when I was 5 or 6 and got my first sidewalk cruiser.

    Andy Anderson summed it up...
    He's not a street skater, he's not a bowl skater and he's not a freestyle skater... He's a skateboarder!
Why limit yourself to one or two genre's?
One of the most rounded skaters I've seen, down to earth and approachable is just the icing on the cake...
    Keep it rolling Andy!
