I think what you need to lube are “contact” areas only.

did you remove the PCB for PE foam mod? If so, how did you do it?
Yes, I did remove the PCB for PE Foam Mod. First I removed all switches, 2nd I unscrew all screw and after that the plate and PCB will come off.

Idk but to me it really looks like you are going extra ham when typing on the unlubed idk tho getting an e-yooso keyboard for Christmas I might be stuck in a scratchy keyboard hell until I can lube them.

How long does the lube last on the switches?
I really don't know, but I searched through reddit and they said that it can lasts 1-2 months compared to Krytox it can last to 2-3 months.
@@juanxcarlogaming01 that is a very short time, considering we need like 8hrs to lube everything.
is it okay to lube switches with chapstick/lip balm? I'm using labello
No, it is not recommended. Please do not use chapstick/lip balm. Rather use Krytox.
@@juanxcarlogaming01 i tried it on a cheap mecha keyboard just now, so far it's holding up pretty well
@@AnwarGrajera Okay, that's good to hear, but don't use it again. Use Krytox or SW-92SA (cheap lube that does the work like Krytox) the lube that I used in this vid. Have a great day!

ganyan din ba ang pag lube kahit tactile? yung levender purple
Kung tactile switches don't lube the front part po para hindi mawala yung tactility nyah(yung may feet na pang actuate sa metal pins) the rest all lubed. Just dont lube the front part or feet part para nandyan parin ang tactility pero smooth na.

Yep, still working. Very smooth. SW-92SA lube is a budget Krytox 205g0.
