would you then reconstitute dysport 500unit bottle in 5ml?

Can you please do a video on the new 500u Dysport measurements. As Galderma has brought out a 500u Dysport vial and their own range of syringes, 0.15ml is now 30u of Dysport and that equals 6 units Botox. I dilute both products at 2.5ml so this part stays the same does. How can I make this a safe procedure? Another example is if I was to draw up to the maximum in a standard 0.3ml BD Syringe or Dysport Syringe using 2.5ml Saline for each product (100u Botox) (500u Dysport) at the 0.3ml mark is 12u Botox and 60u Dysport.

Hi: It depends on how dilute you want it. however, the recommended Allergan dilution is 2.5cc/100 units, yielding 4 units in every 1/10cc. Thanks for your question!

Hi, could you please confirm that each 300 unit vial dysport is reconstituted with 3 cc of sterile normal saline based on the calculation ?

Hi Peter, thank you for your question. Yes, when you add 3cc to a Dysport 300 unit bottle, the ultimate yield per volume is very closely equivalent to Botox - when the Botox is reconstituted to the Allergan recommended 2.5cc/100 units. (10u of Dysport ≈ 4u of Botox)
