Watching this video gave me a profound insight into the importance of resilience and self-control. It's a reminder that strength doesn't always show on the outside, and true power often lies in how we respond to adversity. May we all find the inner strength to stay calm and focused, no matter what life throws our way. Wishing you all a healthy and fulfilling journey ahead.
Wow, what an incredible display of strength and composure! Kendra showed us all that true power isn’t just about muscle, but about staying calm and standing your ground. She’s a real inspiration. 💪🏼🙌🏼
Every time I read a story like this, I think: How many Kendras are there out there, silently suffering, keeping themselves strong to overcome all the pain? 😔 If you have ever witnessed someone being hurt but dared not do anything, remember that a small action, like a nod of support or a word of encouragement, can save a life. If you have ever felt helpless in the face of injustice, let's share, because I believe that true strength begins when we refuse to let silence continue to reign! ❤ I am an old man from the Eastern United States who wants to tell stories. Nice to meet you.
Wow, Kendra's response was a masterclass in composure and strength. The way she handled that guy was incredible-calm, firm, and totally in control. The gym may have been silent in the moment, but her actions spoke volumes.
Watching from Jamaica I was so proud to see how intelligent you were in such a way, when dealing with abeast, such resistance and resilience well done my sister, much love from Jamaica.
This story is both shocking and empowering! It’s incredible to see someone stand up for themselves in such an unexpected way. Moments like these remind us never to underestimate anyone and always treat others with respect. What an inspiring turn of events!
I believe in stand your ground, even if you loose you show you are not the pushover you were taken for. Martial arts shows you not to be a bully. To be humble and ready.
Absolutely agree! Standing your ground with humility and readiness is true strength. Martial arts teaches valuable lessons about respect and self-control.
While if a woman can pass the tracing they can be commissioned a Navy seal. Only one woman has passed the tracing but did not join the ranks of the seals.
Every time I read a story like this, I can’t help but think: How many Kendras are out there, silently enduring, holding themselves together to push through all the pain? 😔 If you've ever seen someone hurt and felt too afraid to step in, remember that even a small gesture, like a supportive nod or a few words of encouragement, can make a difference in saving a life. If you've ever felt powerless in the face of injustice, let's speak out together, because I believe true strength is found when we refuse to let silence hold sway! ❤ I’m an older man from the Eastern United States, and I enjoy telling stories. @@rikdedecker8227 Anytime a woman fails, it's always sexism. Men never cry sexism when they fail. It's not sexism; they simply cannot handle the grueling requirements of becoming a seal. Most men on the planet can't either.
No woman can really match the level of strength, speed and courage to pass the tests required. Understand that even 70 out of 100 men fail to pass it. Split second decision making is really tough, too.

Please include the race of both people instead of only stating the race of Black people in your well meaning videos. By not stating his white race you reinforce the notion that white is the norm and to be Black is not part of citizenship. This is attune to saying a “woman pilot, a Black Dentist, a Jewish Olympian, etc.
The only problem I have with heavily-biased channels like this is their "divisionary forces" on society. Imagine a channel labeled, "White Struggles" in which 100% of content was situations where a Black person assaulted a non-Black person? The White people watching would likely develop an increasing, highly-exaggerated fear of Blacks which causes greater social division. I don't have a solution.....YT content providers are trying to gain revenue any way possible.....but it's obvious from channels like this we have a very serious problem and it's getting worse. Have a wonderful, unified 2025, all. 🙏🙏
They had to reduce the basic training requirements to allow women in the military. That is one of the biggest complaints male veterans have. If basic training standards had to be lowered, what chances are their of them successfully becoming Navy Seals?
Women in the military face the enemy and the significant harassment and sexual assault by American men. The military, quite reluctantly, had to accept soldiers of both genders and multiple racial backgrounds. They will have to make other changes.
Stop using the story line navy seal. If you used the story line, trained by special oops ect., Maybe it's believable. Even though it is a fictional story.....Mr. ELJ
Even if a woman made it through buds, what team would accept her? Not being sexist here, but what group of SEALS would want to be in actual combat with a woman? Could she be trusted to make the hard decision without hesitation? Could she carry out a wounded comrade while under fire? Would a guy hesitate in order to protect her under fire? Too many questions......

As a former navy petty officer I assure you there’s no women in Navy seal good try 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

I don't know of any woman that are, Navy SEALs. A Google search says there are no women as of yet in the Navy's special operations force.

Beautiful 😅 the strength of a woman💪💪💪
You have to realize that these stories are just stories
This is only a story like most others .
The Russians had about a million women soldiers in WW2. Some where the best snipers in the military. Think they also had an Ace woman pilot.
Just looked it up and women can join the Seals. but so far none have qualified
Why is that so
Both the story and the Seals’ sexism.
