I always loved the guitar riff in this song. The Harrison's guitar solo has a lot more to it than meets the ear on the record. Great job of reproducing the guitar parts.
@@lziv7583 i don’t listen to that much beatles anymore and haven’t in awhile but after i made this comment uhhh *cough cough* LIKE 20 MORE TIMES *cough*
Honestly, I think it's silly to suggest that anyone but George played the lead guitar solo. While yes, it does sound a bit on the rough side, it just doesn't sound like John's brand of rough. Plus only George was using the Conqueror at the time; so its midrange-y tone combined with the attack of the humbuckers all point to George. Also, the action on the fretboard bears some similarity to George's solo on "Long Tall Sally". Think about it.
Thanks man yeah that looks like the guitar George is playing wow an i had an SG a real white one a reissue but a Gibson SG this is my new favorite song thanks for the lesson what great guitar work on this song an its classic John on vocals him having a fun time in a good mood just letting it all hang out and the changes are so dramatic...thats what i love theres nothing like a grear song but one with dramatic changes i mean just put int a few pauses in the right places helps so much then a tempo change....u can tell i been around here too long im still hoping they get back to...i heard they broke up or something like that naw don't believe everything u here....Just kidding nice i am getting an acoustic first I' want to learn this song an some Rubber Soul stuff ckassic rubber band sounds
But it doesn't look the same george had sg gibson 1964 standard i guess this one is a sg gibson p90 model it looks close though the two have difference in their design
The Casino part would have fit in nicely. Is the part inspired by the piano or do you have an outtake or something where you hear the guitar do this part? Also, I only see Lennon holding the SG on the promo video, no Casino, are there other images?
1:13 the sick guitar solo y’all came for
Yep! One of my favorite solos of all-time!
I came for the entire thing.
Badass riff.
Outstanding bassline.
And unique vocals from Lennon.
I’ve tried to learn the riff during the quarentine and gotdamn im bad
Amazing drums by Ringo!
@@iisai9109 what?? It's so easy
Itamar Bushari but i suck
Itamar Bushari well i eventually did learn it

@@CozyBanana hi
Good ear picking out the three guitars and their layering. The Casino is very full sounding.
Wow every little sound captured perfectly. You guys are amazing.
Solo is simply amazing.
You guys are amazing!! Excellent job on those guitars! ! And that beautiful riff!! 👍 👍 🎸 🎸

You’re a king if you came for 3:23

Greatness
Great job!
My fav. Beatles song 🥰
hey Andrew!
i was wondering what kind of strings you have on your SG?
(hell yea)
Great stuff Greetings from Sweden
Cool cool coool! Thanks dude!
Would you kindly share the gear used to get this exact of a tone?
I know this isn’t exactly what you’re afraid but George used an SG with a fuzz pedal on that song
Reason why I’m buying fuzz as my first pedal soon
GEORGE H. was always really good at coming up with 'rhythm guitar solos" i think he should have done more. chord based leads he was really good at.

Ahuevo raza
No one really knows who played that lead... George? John? Paul? A case could be made for any of them.
Interested to know your thoughts about whether Macca or Harrison played the solo on the released version
George. Maybe John played as well.
Great! 0.57 The Sound from the SG is like a bit of Nintendo Zelda .

Another great version. You nailed it. Fantastic sound. Do you think George played the solo?
Sounds more like Pauls playing to me, he always had a way of being explosive in a short amount of time, like on Taxman.
it’s george playing the solo
No, it’s John
What amp and settings on that casino? Im really into this tone

You play Bass left hand with Guitar right hand?!!!
Scott Kremers It’s different people playing the different instruments. It’s not just one guy
What year is that sg?
How do you get that lead guitar sound?
It's a Fender Vibroverb with the treble cranked to 10. The mics I used were the Wa47 and Rhodes NT5
@@ablyhouseisolated Your tones sound accurate to the original!
Standard tuning?
Oh yea baby
WIG WAM
i think guitar needs more reverb
Calla llama xd
What amp are you using?
It's a Fender Vibroverb with the treble cranked to 10
Is it Lennon on the guitar solo!?
It’s actually Harrison :)
It’s both. John on his Casino follows George’s solo in the SG. At least I think.
Sounds like John to me
What SG model did he use for this?
Looks like sg gibson special
probably just a standard
This was a bit too clean maybe next time you could distort it a bit more and dirty it up a bit.
Sean Su But it was exactly like how it was in Hey Bulldog
Mr. Noob it may be but it could be a bit more distorted and dirtier at the beginning.
Mr. Noob and it could be a bit louder. The guitar was screaming in the hey bulldog promo video
@@humptydumpty3444 it's just as distorted here as it is on record.
