Idk if someone told you but the korean title for this song is "Waiting for you on platform 9 and 3/4" which is how the 9 3/4 reference makes sense.. the korean titles usually give more to the lyrics than the English titles.. like their song "what if I had been that puma"s korean title is balance game.. (like asking which would you rather) their korean titles are also significantly longer than their English titles. Like their debut song crown "One day, horns grew out of my head"

I've seen some clips of other artists in the audience at award shows reacting to their performance of this song and wiping away a few years from the lyrics. Namely Taehyung from BTS and a couple members from i wanna say Itzy(?). I guess just because the lyrics are such a desperate cry for wanting to return to innocence, freedom, all the magic youth. I would assume lots of people in the kpop industry can relate to that feeling like you're drowning and barely holding on, and just so desperately wanting to escape it for a while. As do we all, of course. But I just say them specifically, because their workload is typically huge, their age is typically young, and having that amount of public attention typically messes with your mental health.
