    Your pace is great. Of course if I were actually building I might feel differently but I am just at that feasibility moment.

    Having built a Vans RV6A, I'm really impressed with the wing jigs. Wish Van's had that kind of setup with their kits. Just watched 'Pilot Bambi' having a flight in the TSi with Sling's demo/test pilot, it's such an impressive aircraft!

      Thanks for watching! Kit aircraft seem to be making big progress on ease of build. I think the RV-10 had final size holes added to their newest versions. Competition in good for everybody!

    Cruising through! It's funny how fast these parts go, almost doesn't make it worth buying the quick build kit...

      I watched the Kit Selection webinar in this year's EAA Homebuilder's Week. Paul Dye actually made that assertion. He said that kits are getting so good that the quick build almost isn't worth it. It's an interesting thought.

      @@experimentallychallenged3916 Yup - the only thing you're really buying is time.

    looking good. quick question, did you have to straighten/flute the ribs before installing or were they fine without doing so?

    • @experimentallychallenged3916
      @experimentallychallenged3916  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The ribs were formed and fluted out of the box. We made slight adjustments to just a few of the ribs if the didn’t line up perfectly, but they were 99% good.

    Hi! Really good work so far! How many hours do you work in a week?

    • @experimentallychallenged3916
      @experimentallychallenged3916  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We work 8 hour days Saturday and Sunday. And then a full 8 hour day every other Friday. 16-24 hours a week in general.

      @@experimentallychallenged3916 which equals to 32 - 48 man hours since there are two people working. Plus the "economies of scale" from working together :) I just saw the last 5 months of my life in an 8-minute video
