This morning I was making breakfast and out of nowhere started thinking to myself that today feels like it's going to be a good day and I almost talked myself out it but then was like No Sam would say that I should tell myself its going to be a good day. So I went with it and tried to hold onto that positive thought and today was pretty good. 😄
My daily Sam moto, " A fail to plan, is a plan to fail!" I write it at the top of my diary every day...I am not joking. You have no idea how life changing this statement was for me. I find it somehow therapeutic when I write it. :-) xxxx

I like the morning cocktail; I recently found this product at my local Walmart called Sipping Vinegar it's a really great product. You add 1oz to a cup of water.
All the more reason for positive thought processing. CBT is a great example of this 😊 ps I’m a trainee counsellor whom also suffers from depression and aniexty, so fully understand the frustration but positive thinking and mindfulness has saved my life when no one else was there
I have depression and anxiety too, and I agree that you can't just choose to be happy. What you CAN do is, after your own abilities, create better prerequisites for yourself (I really hope I used that word right). I try to tell myself "good job" after I do anything even slightly positive, like taking a shower, getting enough sleep, eating a meal etc.. It sure as heck didn't cure my depression, but it helped me a lot.
If you add a little dash of cayenne pepper to your warm water, apple cider vinegar, half a lemon, it tastes really good and it boosts your metabolism. I find when I drink this I sweat like crazy without doing much throughout the day
Life changing hack for sam here. You know if u add the milk (soy milk** or whatever u add) in the cup before the coffee sitting there, it would change your life. Milk in the cup before the coffee pours out from the keurig machiene allows the milk to be well infused with the coffee as it pours out so you wont need a straw to stir it which is less to wash later and also the cold milk will be more Luke warm as it sits there waiting for the hot coffee so the temperarure of your coffee is hotter when its all done (not by a lot but still).
Totally relate to morning workouts, they get my day started in a positive direction. And the essential oils are a must have for me. I use Young Living brand and try to diffuse lemon, peppermint & stress away daily 😊 loved your video!!

Forever Faith I brush mine about 30 mins after drinking, but it's very important to drink with a straw. Hope this helps!
