The Heng Myriad lasted 110 millennia from the start, clinging to the most distant stars in the southwest part of the map until the bitter end, attacked on both sides repeatedly and managing to hold on against bitter odds for quite a while before finally collapsing. The longest lived of the starting empires, and I think one of the longest lived overall as well if you don't count the ones who went All Will Be Ashes. Pretty cool to watch their struggles.

Yeah, it was awesome. Though some empires transcend, so it’s not technically collapse, they’re just fighting against the countless other galimulator transcended empires
Good grief, most empires screaming "All Will Be Ashes" that I witness usually just self-destruct. I've never seen one actually stick around and consume all in sight like the Flood!

The Inhate Imperium started in millennium 4 and survived in the small northwest sliver until millennium 150 when it was finally defeated by the Foundation of Usjat.
I switched All Will Be Ashes off. but apparently even when you "disable" it, crusading empires are allowed, and crusading empires necessarily go into AWBA, and often having become strong high tech galactic empires, so they stick arround. bit annoying.

The music discovery on bandcamp sucks when you're new to using the platform, but after years of bandcamp being my primary means of buying digital downloads from independent artists and small labels, I'm following enough artists, labels and other fan pages, I get regular notifications of releases from artists and labels I already know, and by following other fans, I get notified when they buy anything too and so I can discover new artists through them. I couldn't tell you what was the case with ASC - either I discovered ASC on youtube just through browsing and listening to music on youtube, or I discovered them through another bandcamp fan page purchase.
