The pool you made is called an above-ground pool. This build reminds me of the only motel in the itty-bitty town my family would visit in the '80s, right down to the pool. I never went into the pool, though.

We definitely have both in the US they’re not usually this rundown but they normally have less amenities and accommodations and are cheaper and travelers stay at them more than families but I think you got it spot on it’s very similar to what I see here

the booth sofa seems to prefer space on both side as npc won't scooth on their own

This must be a place to visit with Get to Work gen on Packs Legacy if you go for the detective career. They might be unprofessionally and unhealthy interested in the not-living-anymore situation that happened at the bedroom. Perhaps the not-living-anymore person was a close friend, sibling or lover for the GtW gen heir? 🔍👮
