Many of them were refurbished recently, while in order to replace the ones which cannot run, new coaches were imported from ICF Chennai.

Generally a tuk tuk driver charges you around 150 Sri Lankan Rupees per kilometer. It was around 50 Sri Lankan Rupees before Sri Lanka hit by the economic crisis. You can guess how much approximately the cost for a normal tuk tuk ride if you know how far you want to travel.
