because Deutsche Bahn is quite impressive.... at beeing to late all the time perhaps.
because they don't have a permit yet. They filed a permit for rail logistics with the upcoming extension.
Tesla is having a difficult time building phase 2 nevermind 3 because of some bug specie that lives there. The same people that love the environment also love Baal.
