Anyone else remember what Isshin said to Wolf at the start of the game he said 'You Shinobi are all the same. You die nameless with no one to morn you.' Wolf not only died as *Sekiro* a name given to him by Isshin but had Emma and Kuro to morn for him. One of my favourite bits of detail from the story. Sekiro in my eyes is still the greatest FromSoft game to date.

Not just the use of the musical score to set the tone, but also the intentional absence during the conclusive ending of the fight was just as brilliantly executed as the combat itself.
You always keep finding more and more ways to make your content interesting and emphasize a huge amount of depth to what you enjoy, and I just wanted ta say thanks for always making these for us to enjoy!
Words cannot describe how much I love this game. I think back on it and miss it dearly. I platinumed it around 10 months ago, and haven't had the chance to play it since. Sekiro is a masterpiece, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

Thank you for reminding me of Sword of the Stranger's final fight. What makes that fight special is that there's no wasted swings: they aren't seemingly trying to hit the other person's blade on purpose like in a lot of sword fights. Every swing either intended to kill or intended to block an opponent's strike that would have. Something I'm reminded of a lot whenever I watch your gameplay, to be honest
Makes it more special since SotS and Sekiro are both about lone swordsmen trying to protect a child of immortal blood
Having played this mod a ton (inspired by Ongbal), one of the things that separates this mod from the other hard modes is how there's a certain amount of 'script' to the boss: he has long, difficult sequences to deal with, but there's a certain amount of predictable flow to the fight (when he'll use certain sequences, what order he'll do his different Dragon Flashes, when you're going to find breaks in his patterns and strings). It makes for a fight where you can actually plan out a lot, tailor your opening and combat arts accordingly, which balances preparation and improvisation well. And then there's those great cinematic moments like the opening of phase 3, or how he telegraphs his lighting rushdown-Dragon Flash with a crack of thunder before he begins it.
As a yutaka nakamura enjoyer, sword of the stranger featured IN SEKIRO is truly one of my dream combos. I'm glad I followed u bruh, stay cooking
This video will probably be definitive for me for a long time. Getting such an intense fight captured for footage, equally something from an actual anime or movie is obviously only possible after years of practice and tweaking so that the player is able to eliminate all dead air from a fight the vanilla game needed to have. Very good stuff, I hope you'll be proud of your work.
