Weather affects resin properties.
Specially rainy and winter
-Foggy effect due to moisture
- Delay cure then required time
Precautions:
- Avoid doing work with resin ,the day it rains heavily
- you can sand the layer and make a clear coat again for foggy effect
-and for delay cure, wait till the layer cures (may take 48 hours even)
-keep your artwork in a direct orange light (bulb or lamp) (so it produce heat )
