How frustrating it is when you try to share how something is possible, share your vision, want to help your friends and family, and yet they just can't believe it. It's too scary to them. It would be wiser to consider long term residential rentals and commercial real estate assets, which can return 15-20% annually. It’s not going to return $36k on 150k, but it’s better to have that solid foundation and take a slightly lower $22.5-30k… Everyone should invest their money how they see fit, but maybe something to consider.
