      Yes, I'm an idiot and missed this piece. Let's pretend that is $50,000 after taxes per person. Or push the timeline back by X years. The purpose of the video was to show the possibility, and not account for every possible scenario. I should have included kids, house maintenance, etc.

    How frustrating it is when you try to share how something is possible, share your vision, want to help your friends and family, and yet they just can't believe it. It's too scary to them. I can't blame them because of how many scams are out there so approaching anything with skepticism on the internet is a given, but dang man it's frustrating. Thanks for sharing this!

    The problem is “20 years from now” that’s what turns people off. Not “living the life” until your 40-50 years old

      With crackdowns on AirBNB’s happening all the time, you don’t. This is risking your financial future on a rocky foundation. It would be wiser to consider long term residential rentals and commercial real estate assets, which can return 15-20% annually. It’s not going to return $36k on 150k, but it’s better to have that solid foundation and take a slightly lower $22.5-30k… Everyone should invest their money how they see fit, but maybe something to consider.

    36 000$ of 150000 $ is more than 20% annual return. Warren Buffet did not do that
    Sp500 annual return is about 10%. So your fictional example is delusional at best.
