I found you about 3 years ago and so far have 3 airbnb arbritage properties that are doing swell making well over 250k with a 20-30% profit. I can't wait till I have the money to buy a home and do this officially, but your method definitely works just a lot harder to do airbnb arbritage now days with all the restrictions coming out requiring to own the homes as of lately. It's just really hard to save 150k to buy a home

Love it John! Guys I can't emphasize how much John and his team has helped me throughout this entire process. I think this is THE best investment I have made with their team. Highly highly recommend them! The sheer amount of knowledge that John has to offer is just priceless.... If you do head over to my property, please help out, by hearting the property :) PS: I asked the photographer if he can add actors to create that scene you were talking about. Unfortunately, he didn't have the contact points.and this was a last minute gap in the schedule where I got him in and flew in to help stage the scene. In the future I'm definitely going to do this.

Hey John, really impressed by your story and what you have been able to accomplish. I also really enjoy your content. One thing I wish you would articulate is what kind of debt techvestor carries on the properties you helped them buy. Saying they are cash flow positive is meaningless without the context of the debt service.
