Today marks the end of the OG universe And, I come back to see this video, as a bittersweet reminder of the journey we have crossed, and what is left to come about with Part 7 and 8, wherever you are, if you’re still active on this account, thank you for uploading this video, it’s one of my driving forces for watching this series, and sticking to it. This anime/manga has helped me during one of my deepest moments in my life, and I will always hold it dearly in my heart, quite honestly, thank you for gracing the world with this MAD
so true, the series is so thwart with tragedy that even the most light hearted part has irrevocable loses that can’t be undone and will have implied long lasting effects that make everything bittersweet.
What makes good the JJBA manga is that it changes genre, setting and characters wtih each season. Which pretty much helps it avoid the problem that many shonen have, get saturated with the same thing over and over again
Yeah, stands helped the series to avoif the scalation problem, even if characters within an arc become stronger, by next arc we won't be focusing on them, so the universe stays the same power-wise, instead of having everyone busting planets .
And jojo did something that was practially never seen in any shonen manga at its very first part, that was killing the main character Hirihiko Araki is someone who inspires me so much, he is not afraid of breaking cliches and coming up with new ideas that others were even scared of doing.
This one random video is the sole reason I got into JoJo, and boy I cannot be more thankful for it. Everytime I finish a part or, as someone below said, when my youtube videos trip goes too far, I always seem to find my way back here. Each part read gives this video more emotional weight and meaning. Today I just finished part 7, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I shed a tear for when Gyro dies and every subsequential mention of his bond with Johnny. I am sad, but proud. See you guys whenever part 8 ends ;D

This is the grand history of the Joestar line, a line of heroes whether children or Adult, they bare responsibilities that most turn their heads to, the have taken wounds and pain that would kill most but they are merely scratches compared to what they are willing to take on, they have abilities that are angel like to most and poison to their enemies, but they are not without mercy willing to give a quick defeat to the honorable rather than slow and painful. Whoa, I'm so used to people making memes in the comments that finally seing people discussing the video and the stuff they like about JoJo makes me really happy.
This gets me hyped for more JoJo, sad about everyone pre part 7 dying (hang in there Emporio), and have this weird sense of pride for the JoJo's. I mean, they defeated monsters, the ultimate lifeform, and 5 DIO's. They even surpassed the power of the universal reset with parallel versions of themselves!
Just goes to show that you can never bring down the Joestars. They come from all walks of life touching everyone's lives around them with compassion all the while striking fear and facing up to the most monstrous of humanity. It's as if the series has a spark to it that allows one to help bring those feelings up and make you wanna live up to that expectation. And you just can't help but admire that in a series. I honestly can't imagine this ending. Or even fathom how it would all go down. No matter how it goes, I imagine we'd all give it a standing ovation.

In part 8 when Josuke goes to hat shop in the background you can see jotaro's and joseph hats from part 3.Ehhhh it brings tear to my eye. It was a long journey and I enjoyed every bit of it. I WANT TO SEE CHARACTERS FROM 1-6 UNIVERSE SO BADLY. I JUST CAN'T ACCEPT THAT THEY ARE ALL GONE :
Technically, they're not all gone. It was confirmed that Parts 7-8 take place in another universe separate from the Ireneverse where the souls of the people who died in Part 6 reside, those people including Jolyne and Jotaro. And if you remember, no other Joestar other than those 2 were involved with that story, so everyone is doing fine somewhere. Also, Emporio DID kill Pucci before everything came full circle in his plan therefore undoing a lot of his progress in Part 6. And that whole thing with Jolyne becoming Irene and such means that the Joestars are now living a life where things are going well for them without Pucci ruining their lives.
I just finished Steel Ball Run and I have a whole bunch of different feelings running through me...... I felt watching this video again would help psyche me up for Jojolion. And it did a great job.
This MMV reminded me EXACTLY why I love Jojo! I got all teary eyed when I saw the scene with Gyro and Johnny(since I just finished SBR recently). It brings back a lot of good memories. This really hits ya if you read through all of parts 1-7. Now I'm off to Jojolion!
John Klebitz I view them on the same level, but they are two completely different works of art. Berserk has more plot twists, but Jojo has better fights (in the sense that you it's harder to know HOW they'll win. Although Berserk is good at that too.) Berserk has more character development (quiet possibly more than anything ever made.) One is supposed to be dark, while the other is supposed to be...Well, Jojo. Still, both are AMAZING.
Sorry to say but anyone heard of ubel blatt? I'd say it's a new contender for one of the best manga. All manga are great though. It's no fun just sticking to one

I don't know if you are being serious. But the beauty about SBR is all because of Johnny's disability. The great brotherhood story that developed thanks to Johnny wanting to know the secret behind the "ripple" is one of a kind. From beginning to end, SBR is one of the most beautiful stories I've read.
He still show traits of his old personality. Also another reason is that he has gotten more mature or serious as his age went on. SBR was about Johnny's determination to become a somebody. Learning how to walk again was his whole reason for entering the race.
I wonder now that Jojolion has ended if there can be an updated version of this video with the entire plot of Jojolion added to the video? I really like this song and feel like it's needed now that Part 8 has ended with Part 9 around the corner.

50 years happened, dude. It's called growing up. If you still act the EXACT same way you did at 20, when you're 70, than you've got some kind of problem. The way that Joseph evolved from part 2 to part 3 is VERY natural and believable, in my opinion. Joseph was never (really) a fighter, he was a thinker... but when he WAS young he took advantage of his youth, and now that he is old, he knows his limitations BECAUSE of his intelligence. Don't hate on Jojo, he's badass
Jojo make look weird and bizarre as its like whole thing and people do get disintrigued in the series but if you watch and read all of jojo it's a very emotional fun and awesome adventure not just bizarre all the stories and characters are just so beautifully illustrated hirohiko araki is purely genius

Battle Tendency as well, because before the events of this arc it was stated that Lisa Lisa's husband (and also Joseph's father) was murdered by a vampire who was loyal to Dio during the Phantom Blood Arc. So yeah this arc was influenced by him too.
i didn't read the manga before but i'm loving the anime show since the first episode, i also watched the old 'Stardust Crusaders' OVA. i think the most important and the best story arcs are Phantom Blood to Stardust Crusaders because all of them shows the main reason of the story: the fight of the Joestar family against Dio Brando and the pillar men.the story arcs left (Josuke's story, Giorno's story, Johnny's story) i consider them less important because they are parallel plots.
yeah I really missed the days when there was no proper way to read half the parts in English and theres was never a chance I could come across someone who could be famliar with it.
More like I wish new JoJo fans could like this series for more than the hype culture and D tier memes. Seeing JoJo slapped onto every meme is really tiring.

I don't know if you are being serious. But the beauty about SBR is all because of Johnny's disability. The great brotherhood story that developed thanks to Johnny wanting to know the secret behind the "ripple" is one of a kind.
From beginning to end, SBR is one of the most beautiful stories I've read.

50 years happened, dude. It's called growing up. If you still act the EXACT same way you did at 20, when you're 70, than you've got some kind of problem.
The way that Joseph evolved from part 2 to part 3 is VERY natural and believable, in my opinion. Joseph was never (really) a fighter, he was a thinker... but when he WAS young he took advantage of his youth, and now that he is old, he knows his limitations BECAUSE of his intelligence.

Jojo make look weird and bizarre as its like whole thing and people do get disintrigued in the series but if you watch and read all of jojo it's a very emotional fun and awesome adventure not just bizarre all the stories and characters are just so beautifully illustrated hirohiko araki is purely genius

EPIC song for an EPIC story
i didn't read the manga before but i'm loving the anime show since the first episode, i also watched the old 'Stardust Crusaders' OVA. i think the most important and the best story arcs are Phantom Blood to Stardust Crusaders because all of them shows the main reason of the story: the fight of the Joestar family against Dio Brando and the pillar men.the story arcs left (Josuke's story, Giorno's story, Johnny's story) i consider them less important because they are parallel plots.
