"Nothing lasts forever"... Simple and bang on message... :)
From my experience , the worst mistakes are
1) Putting very less money which doesn't really impact your networth and being happy about the rate of return
2) Not adding in money year after year
3) Removing money without asset allocation because the market has gone too high or too low
4) Adding too many funds and switching too many funds
Bang on, the dialogue- 'more risk means more risk'
I feel this is the only person who dares to tell the truth about mutual funds without fear of likes or dislikes. Please believe me he is telling and explaining what is true only for your benifits, other wise mostly people are telling and describing about mutual funds which is not true. Mr Pattu salute to you for your truthful advices. Thx.
thank you
Really appreciate the truth being told and the reality though we know at times but don't acknowledge!

"I feel graduated through freefincal and I dont want to follow you again" my inside feeling.. Ofcourse older posts and videos made the right strong foundation.. these videos are "nice to have" types..
Valuable information, sir. Had a query -you've spoken about "bucket strategy" post -retirement ; if one chooses to adopt a simple 50/50(or say 40/60) equity to debt portfolio post retirement with yearly rebalancing with his /her corpus versus the bucket strategy, what is the downside? Does one run a higher risk of running out of corpus, risk a lower return or risk higher volatility? Could you educate us about the data involved in the two strategies? Thanks in advance and appreciate the good work done by you
Will write about this
