Oh yes , yes wind range is anything from 10knots upwards on a foil, even less with a foil kite, but im not getting one of those anytime soon. Yeah foiling really has opened up the opportunities for getting out on the water. its a lot of fun, technically challenging, but im really glad i started it and pushed through the learning pain barrier!
@@thebeginnerkiteboarder4489 how many session and hours did it take to get to this level. I had 2 lessons with Stav before lock down but haven’t been out since
@@normsbigwindow9379 hi norm, this is 13hours into kitefoiling, having already learnt and compitant on the twintip. This includes 2 or 3 sessions with stav myself. This session in this video was tricky and my standard is a little higher than this video represents. Theres a certain amount of pain you gotta go through, but I'm definately on the fun side now where as before I want enjoying it so much, but you gotta push through. I would say this is my preferred water sport now, it's technical but when you start getting it the reward is really high. If you see me on the beach come and chat, I'm normally in Shoreham, but go up lancing every now and then.
I'm guessing the wind range is a lot lighter when foiling?
Great Videos as always
