Hi Eric, I just setup mine and did a lot of research, and am keeping the inner blue tip of the flame a fraction off the neck / shoulder junction, then running only until I start to see a faint orange glow while looking into the case mouth. My torch is not wide open so I minimize blow by to the back side of the case. I don’t know that it matters, there are a ton of opinions out there, but my case neck and shoulders are also not glowing orange like yours. I got a 3’ hose with separate valve shutoff at the bottle end, which helps me with a space issue I had. Finally, my support bar was out too far, and I cooked it cherry red when setting up the unit without brass. I found out it doesn’t need to be out to the tip of the case mouth where I had it. Thanks for the clear video, and switching between the light settings while using a flashlight which helps.
Please don’t confuse video and naked eye, video will show glow way before the eye can catch it. I have experimented with no glow, slight glow and a bit more than slight with zero difference. Most importantly part is consistency.
@@EricChristopher-mr5ktGot it, thanks. I experimented more with mine today, with the obvious difference that I was looking at mine in low light, while seeing yours orange in a dark room. I made a couple minor adjustments to the flame and speed rotation and now it’s much more consistent as yours with more glow in a dark room and the cases look great after. I was able to do 90 more cases very quickly and still had room in the hopper. Not too many vids out there with it operating for several cases so thanks again. 👍
