Dear God please forgive ME for all the times I engaged in immoral acts as a child with other children. Forgive the older kids for the acts I witnessed. Forgive that younger girl for her immoral act against my will. Forgive ME for my immoral acts. Thank you for the gift of forgiveness. May her story begin the journey of healing for alot of people today! It did for me.

@@runningforyou2266 also we had a boarding school at our church, and the “locker rooms” were open to boys and girls, AND the showers too. Looking back there is no way we would’ve gotten away with this had CPS found out. Naptime was a joke because all the kids pretended to be sleep until the chaperones walked out to run errands. Disturbing all around. My childhood wasn’t horrible . I had many happy memories at the church. But there was some distinct occurrences that NEVER should’ve happened.

This story definitely resonated with me. I married young, age 23, because I didn’t want to continue sinning against God. I never once asked God if He wanted this for me. I stayed with that man for 17 years because 1)I knew God hated divorce 2) I took my marriage vows seriously 3) I believed God would save my marriage. Adultery, criminal activity, abandonment, a 7 year prison term were only the tip of the iceberg of what I encountered. I remained faithful. I never entertained other men, kept my kids in the church and surrounded myself with other believers. Like the young woman mentioned, food became my vice and I too became unrecognizable. God did get the glory from my experience and blessed me with two of the greatest gifts ever, my beautiful children. In the end, I eventually left and divorced him and my life has never been better. God has promised that my latter years will be better than my former years and He has sent me a love that He confirms is from Him. I also lost over 100 pounds and have fallen in love with the woman that God has purposed me to be. God gets all of the glory🙌🏽

For child-on-child molestation to be so common, I'm wondering if parents need to start first - covering their families with prayers; second - having more conversations with their children about right/wrong; and lastly - monitoring their children's environment a little more frequently. I stayed in the marriage for 5 years when there was a lot of sexual immorality my husband was addicted. We divorced. But it took years to recover from the insecurities that that left me with. I can relate to parts of her story. I come from a very broken family and generations of divorce. I waited until very late in my 30’s to marry and did everything in my power to have a biblical marriage. I hated divorce. When I got married I thought I would be different from my family. Stay married. My spouse was insecure and became very controlling. Everything I did was wrong in his eyes. He eventually wanted a divorce. Prior to being married we went to church together, did marital classes with our pastor, refrained from sex until marriage, etc. Yet, I chose wrong and it went very badly. It’s crushing when you think you are following what Jesus wants for you and yet it falls apart. Looking back, my spouse did not have a relationship with Jesus. He just went through the motions and his true colors came out when life got challenging.

The Bible says that you can get a divorce when there’s adultery. That’s why it’s important that you read the word for yourself. Staying the a toxic marriage (where there is adultery) is not the Will of God. The Bible also says the men should not be harsh with their wives. God hates divorce but doesn’t want that for marriage.

So much I can relate too. I went to a Catholic School and My mom used to pick up the kids of a family friend. One day she went to pick them up, but we didn't have school that day and I had nowhere else to do so I stayed with them. I was about five years old, and they were watching Nightmare on Elm Street, I was terrified and didn't want to watch the movie so one of the older girls said she would take me to the other room to play. She said we were going to play "doctor". She brought out that fake kit we all had in the 80's and got undressed and wanted me to examine her. At my little young age, I was extremely grossed out and did not want to play this game. I decided watching nightmare on elm street was a better fate. I could tell she got really nervous when I told her I didn't want to play and I wanted to watch the movie. After that, I began having night terrors and sleep paralysis. I also didn't think God was real if he let that happen. It wasn't until I was in my mid 20's that I found truth and how to protect myself against evil entities. I feel a lot of us have been tricked this way. I feel we believers need to pray for those to be set free from the traps of the enemy.

Married and divorced twice. Both times the Holy Spirit tried to warn me and talk me out of it but I did not listen. But God still took care of me and blessed me with beautiful daughters and grandchildren. I can now tell them to let God pick who you date and who you marry.

Such an unintelligent comment, you do know the Holy Spirit comes from The Most High, so if the Holy Spirit tried to warn you and you did what u wanted to do why do you think The Most High came back and done something for you when you was disobedient to his spirit?? Make that make sense, that was not the Holy Spirit who came and worked things out, that was your father who this world was given to! Second if your first husband is still alive you can’t remarry, and you divorced 2 times!! You need to go and study the world and repent, that’s not Tge Most Hogh who talking to you, you right it’s God but it’s the God of this world and not The GOD of the Bible!!

If you read the scriptures around that verse in Malachi it becomes very clear what God hates is when people treat a spouse like an object to use then dispose of. Man has used it to keep women ashamed and supporting the unrepentant. Even God does not support the unrepentant. Scripture translates scripture, read carefully. Don’t just take things as man says.
This author who is respected by Lysa Turkheurst (and other theologians), who is a Christian sister helps on her channel to get a clearer understanding on marriage here’s one video on divorce and what the Bible says:

Bro please be careful when speaking for The Most High! That is an incorrect statement! He speaks thru is thru his word, give book, chapter and verse for that statement you can’t because it’s not written!! You are a liar and the truth is not in you! Scripture says if they come preaching another gospel and that’s what that is, you can’t read that know where in the Bible!!

    • @jennyeh
      @jennyeh 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@yahuahforever3169 I’m fine with you not understanding what I’ve said. God gives grace to His children regarding those who sin against them. He gives grace for divorce in the old and new testament. I’d never want to lead someone against truth so if you doubt: go read your Bible. Follow my link to someone who teaches at length what is wrong concerning things in marriage. Read the entire chapter in Malachi concerning divorce. The translation from King James stated hates divorce but many say:““For the man who does not love his wife but divorces her, says the Lord, the God of Israel, covers his garment with violence, says the Lord of hosts. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and do not be faithless.””
      ‭‭Malachi‬ ‭2‬:‭16‬ ‭ESV‬‬
THIS is a type of treatment. Leaving because he no longer LOVES. That is a wrong reason to leave. But you need to consider all of God’s word when making serious choices. God does NOT want us SUPPORTING sin. So, maybe separate a wicked one harming you. I don’t have the final say. Read and choose for yourself.

Stay in the word of God, especially when you are feeling your LOWEST. Pray, praise him, read your Bible, do daily devotions, ask God to direct your path. Don't look to the left or the right, but always look to the hills for where your help comes from. Believe that God has a husband just for you, however he needs for you to be spiritually ready for this Godly man, and he needs to be spiritually ready for you, but God will give us the desires of our heart, because he keeps his promises. He is an on time God. Abraham and Sarah had their baby 😊 not when they were young, but it happened on God' timing. Continue to be blessed 😊🙏🙏🙏

So when the Lord saved me it was so beyond what I could never do or think !! The Lord wants a personal relationship with all of us n if u come to him just as u are still living in sin he will forgive u n transform u n completely change ur life to something u could never imagine!! But u gotta let him.. u gotta surrender ur will for his n as u let him lead u u will learn to trust him.. always say yes to God n u will live a completely fulfilling life! All the years of drugs n alcohol that I did I realized I was searching n trying to fill a huge void n tried everything to fill it but 9nly God can fill the voids n he will show u how loved u are! Hes amazing n I pray this testimony helps atleast 1 person, I pray this in Jesus mighty Holy perfect powerful righteous Beautiful loyal worthy faithful merciful Name ABOVE ALL NAMES Amen ✝️🧎‍♀️🙌🙏🙌🛐🎉❤ p.s he also tool away my mental illnesses he took my depression n all my anxiety ect... trust him n u will never EVER regret it!!❤❤❤❤

After 4 years of searching and looking for some love in all the wrong people, I let it all out and told God how angry I was and how hurt. My husband when I confronted him said "well that was a mistake". A MISTAKE? He wouldn't work and support us and I was sooooo angry. I think it’s stupid to think that we own anyone or anything unless it’s for the glory of God, I’m African and we deffo know the importance of covenant and spirituality but that also can be broken taken the right protocols, God’s spirit and just like the chanting of words made during the covenant words can also be uttered to break the covenant. 🙄🙄🙄

God hates divorce. He says to the man thou shalt not treat her (the woman) treacherously. Why did he say so ? Because it can lead to divorce when people treat one another treacherously.
Again there is an exception to divorce when Christ says it’s ok to leave. He said except for fornication. However this does not overlook the ground of forgiveness if the wrong doer is repentant and if the wrong is wiling to remain.
Also Paul gave his own opinion. For those with the unbelieving it was granted to leave if there would.
Howbeit the Lord would give his own stance saying it is permissible for the woman to leave if she wants nevertheless providing room for reconciliation.
In the Old Testament divorce came by the hardness of the heart of man. This Christ addressed and it was ok for the woman to become another man’s wife

Did he provide the only lawful basis which was not for any reason as it was in Deutoronomy 24 ? Yes he did ... Men would usually put their wives away for any reason but Christ said except for fornication ... He made it even stricter. Now Paul speaks in Corinthians 7 while he mentions the mind of the Lord as well.

Thank you so much for your testimony. The title attracted me because I've been trying to wrap my mind around my divorce. Some of it feels obvious -I picked the wrong person. I couldn't accept it, it's been 10 years. Because of how careful I was about picking a partner, I still missed the mark! That was very painful to admit. And I was also mad at God. I also went through molestation as a kid and, like you said, had no one to share it with. You repeating you searched for your why it's exactly what I've been trying to express, thanks for saying it the way you did. On parenting, your testimony resonated with me. I feel the only thing I got right is to be a good mom, and as you said, it shouldn't be my why, either. I realized how generational it is. And I am trying so hard to do it right, on my own free will!
I'll listen to this again and again. You described my deepest thoughts! Be encouraged!

I, too, have experienced child on child molestation with cousins and neighbors most of them girls. At one point, I became the perpetrator as the child. I did reach out to some of them to apologize. I felt shame for years because of it. And finally got free. Those acts at the time led to perversion and homosexual ideations in my mind at a young age. I, too, thought i was gay at one point as I was grossed out by men. But God delivered me out of it quickly. I got free from masturbation at 12. Considering that scripture says God hates divorce, except on account of adultery, I think it’s safe to say he hates the adultery even more than divorce. I’m not sure why so many people are taught to skip the rest of the scripture. Also the Bible talks about a man not providing for his family being worse than a non believer. There are multiple biblical reasons for a scriptural, at least separation if not full divorce. I have always understood it to mean God hates the acts that push a person to divorce. Not just the divorce itself.

OMG I went to through the same type of marriage which broke me. I drank wine every night and I was depressed and anxious and was just “existing” just like you said. I too could have killed myself or someone else driving under the influence but thank the Father, he always allowed me to make it home safely 🙏🏽. I divorced my ex husband and I had to sit with the same thing, GOD was never in nor did he ordain that marriage. I chose that man and I made a horrible choice. The devastation of the emotional, verbal, mental abuse and affairs took a real toll on my health and I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease. But all of this made me turn toward GOD and I had to do some self reflection, repenting and deliverance from spirits I didn’t know I was carrying and that took several years even after the divorce. but just like with you, he was with me through all of it. I never gave up on GOD and in fact I found favor with him and he is who gave me the strength to keep going when I would have been ok with not being here anymore. I’m in such a better place spiritually, mentally, emotionally and even physically and now I know what real love looks like through him. ❤

Your whole testimony resonates with my own life, and I am an elder now and have never spoken a word of what I went through throughout my life. I have never called the Lord into my situation and hearing you have made me realise where I have gone wrong and am going wrong. My marriage was the worst thing, I cry even today at the pain I endured and what my children endured. My dark place has held me for many years, even after getting baptised, I was still not in the right place. I have always felt alone and muted through horror, fear, embarrassment, not being believed and simply that no cared or could see and help me. In Jesus name I thank you through him for your words, it has helped me this day. May the Lord keep blessing you and may you keep reaching out to women as Jesus planned for you to do. Dear God thank you for leading me to this testimony, to know that others are going through or have gone through the situation I was in, and you have now removed that darkness from them, gives me hope. I believe that you will do the same for me and I am ready. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Sad reality is that certain believers exploit the word and hold abused woman in bondage whilst the spouse is allowed to cheat, abuse and control and when you don't know the word, this can be used to keep you in bondage. So important to study the word. God is not a God of bondage but a God of order, peace and freedom. My advice to anyone going through this is stand on the word and don't allow anyone to convince you otherwise and live free and truly experience the love of God.
