I love that you mentioned your sabbath in your routine - I've been thinking about doing this for a while and honoring my self and the Lord by escaping the "worldly" things through electronics. It's so important to have balance with technology and social media: although it can be a blessing, it can also be a curse. Thank you for reminding me about the light around sabbath.

Truly it doesn't matter how much better we get as long as we are striving to live a good life. There's always room for growth, and it can be overwhelming to try to "fix" everything at once, but striving to better yourself by 1% is a great outlook to have!

Ashley I absolutely love watching your videos and what has been put on my heart is to ask if you’d be able to do a video on how to let someone fully go from your heart. It could be in the romantic sense or the friendship. This year I’ve taken it upon myself to let a guy go fully from my heart but he keeps coming back and it’s really hurting me. I started to pray for him and forgive him in prayer. But a lot of it is still in my heart and perhaps I would need to say it aloud to him to just clear the air but apart from that what’s something that you would recommend in a situation like this?
