Hello Ashley! I recently subbed to your channel while watching this video! And what you said about finding rhythm, I can relate to so deeply! I often see myself sprinting on trying to work on my mental/emotional health. I often feel okay for a while but then I go back to feeling down. And when you mentioned feeling anxious of slowing down, it got to me because I often think am I gonna be okay if I slow down? Because I don’t like to slow down, I like to keep running the race. But if I don’t slow down, I will feel burnt out and feeling discouraged. Keep praying for overall stability/balance in my life. Because emotional compression is what makes me feel avoidant of feeling the bad emotions. Willingness to feel the good and the bad. Your videos have been showing me light in some areas of my life!
