Thank you for sharing that scripture from Paul and your own testimony about sexual immorality. Being a newer Christian, it was something I struggled with until I too got that gut feeling and knew what I was doing wasn’t in alignment with God and who I wanted to be, and more importantly who HE wanted me to be. I have felt shame for SO long around this aspect of my life and just hearing you talk about it and be open about your journey was so helpful 🤍 I am happy to say that I am free from that part of my life now and being able to pursue God fully has brought me more joy and abundance than sin ever could!!
I just wanted to say that I know EXACTLY what you feel about the pit in your stomach. Whenever I thought of anything I did wrong in the past, I would get that feeling in my stomach. Girl, it was REAL and uncomfortable. But when I prayed a lot and I told myself that these instances happened for a reason so I would learn and not do them in the future, I finally found peace! As a Holistic Christian focusing on the mind, body and soul is so important. Eating healthy and maintaining your stress level to protect my mind and gut and nervous system is a lot of work but so worth it. Every whole foods (not packaged) and the herbal tea we consume all comes from the grounds God has created for us to live as a whole ❤ It's amazing. Loving this video ❤
I am going back to my old ways of eating unhealthy and grabbing fast food because I am dealing with burnout from work. And I also change my schedule to where I can possibly workout once or twice a week. Thank you for sharing this message! I live in Peru, so here is common to eat healthy cause of the natural resources and everything and a lot, way a lot of peruvian-chinese food, oh, also, fun fact, here is the origin of Quinoa, if you didnt know, anyway, the issue is that for me, doing excersise seems very hard you know, cos sometimes i feel lazy to wake up of my bed or my chair bruh, but gonna tell my parents I'd like to excersise, even if lazy thoughts come to my mind, may the Lord bless you!!!🇵🇪❤️🇺🇸

At first I was upset and I reported it then I realized the Lord works in all ways for a greater good. No more social for me and I believe he only left me with TH-cam because of content like this. ❤
yess the conviction is real!! i tried smoking after stopping, hated it. sex after celibacy, felt so dirty. i kept doing it for my boyfriend’s pleasure and a little of my own but i kept trying to be celibate bc i knew i wanted to so bad and i felt bad for having sex and when i stopped feeling bad i knew it had gone too far. now im desperately trying to get closer to God again
Would recommend checking your current health status and any possible sickness and go to a dietitian to ask for a healthy balanced diet! I recommend to eat a healthy balanced, BALANCED (very important) diet!

It is true on even a biological level that your body starts to crave healthy food when you eat it more. The ultra-processed stuff (not regular processed stuff, ULTRA processed) is made to be addictive. I started choosing healthier food to eat because I was having unhealthy bowel movements and whenever I treat myself to stuff I used to eat all the time, it's not even really that good anymore lol. Like McDonald's, which I don't eat anymore anyways for political reasons. Those burgers from McDonald's aren't even really good and would literally stop my periods. Choosing to eat healthier is something I think literally everyone should do even if they don't believe in God.

My husband and I waited until marriage and have so much peace because we kept God in the front and our flesh secondary. No regrets and so so so much happiness for our home 🏡

You always post the types of videos that I need most at the perfect timing! I need to hear all these things and have been wanting to eat healthier and workout more. It’s really hard since I always blow my money on fast food and then barely have enough for groceries. I need to buy better meals once I get my next paycheck. I don’t really understand how to think of my body as a temple, or how to love myself. Also, eating healthy is so hard for me. I just don’t get when people say that they “quench their sweet tooth” with some low sugar dark chocolate. Don’t you ever just want a brownie or cake? I’m just struggling to find a balance. Oh my gosh you're so right. Healthy food does taste good! I just got addicted to bad food:/ BC I REMEMBER when I was vegan and when I started eating everything else again I could literally taste chemicals in processed foods
You always post the types of videos that I need most at the perfect timing! I need to hear all these things and have been wanting to eat healthier and workout more. It’s really hard since I always blow my money on fast food and then barely have enough for groceries. I need to buy better meals once I get my next paycheck. Thank you for this video, I definitely will be trying out some of the foods you have recommended! Even if I’m not a fan of some of the foods, I know I’ll get used to it if I continue to eat healthy. I’m going to pray to God that he helps me improve my health and take better care of my body! 💪🏽💕🥗

I don’t really understand how to think of my body as a temple, or how to love myself. Also, eating healthy is so hard for me. I just don’t get when people say that they “quench their sweet tooth” with some low sugar dark chocolate. Don’t you ever just want a brownie or cake? I’m just struggling to find a balance. I’m willing to take tips and advice from anyone.
