I am a Canadian Citizen and living in US under work visa. Can i invest 300K then get bank loan for the rest of money for EB5 regional centre condo development ? Should it be from Canadian bank or US bank also fine ?
It is possible to borrow cash from a bank to use that as a valid source of funds. It can be any bank. Finding a willing lender willing to lend $500k for an EB-5 investment is more difficult. One option is unitylender.com
