Iam alone living with my grandparents rn i don’t have any friends, i don’t go out. iam suffering with chronic depression, anxiety, overthinking and PTSD. Life has never been the same for me since 2020 all I do is sleep, overthink the sh- outta my mind, sleep again. A year ago i was also diagnosed with PCOS that changed my life like anything, severe mood swings, weight gain, hair fall, etc. i started getting therapy iam not sure if it’s actually gonna help! But this playlist is so good! It’s taking me to the country side i’ve never been to, making me feel good that i’ve never felt in years! The animations are so comforting. Thank you. This is helping me to some extent.
I feel very sad because what you had to go through is a very long and sad story, isn't it? But every story will come to an end! Be happy and try your best my friend!! I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the TH-cam tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work. This video eased all of that. Thank you so much for posting
