Boros is getting downplayed ALOT. In the one punch man information book it is stated that boros collapsing star roaring cannon can actually destroy a star. It’s even in the name bru. And when boros said “I’ll destroy you and this planets surface” it was not an indication of how effective his collapsing star roaring cannon is since he doesn’t know it’s true destructive capacity since he never used it, we know this because he did say in his awakened form that nobody pushed him this far before. Why would boros say that he can destroy specifically the planets surface when he doesn’t know for sure, and it’s unlogical for him to use it willy nilly if it releases all his energy leaving him in a crippled state. I would assume he is referring to everyone living on the planets surface will also be destroyed along side saitama, it would make more sense and not have any sort of contradiction.
