Dear God mate, just imagine you're a random fella somewhere in england by the 800 AD. and you know there's people coming after you. It's okay, I can handle it, you think, but you realize your mistake the moment you see this oversized grasshooper steroids-overdosed killing machine cutting distance with you by the roofs. You're unable to even run, you're just shocked in the place at the hability of this beast to jump high af like he was Mario Bros and you, in your 8th century feeble mind, can only think one thing as he digs a blade through you neck like a knife through butter... "Who the hell is Mario Bros."
Valhalla had the coolest looking robes and we were robbed of our AC fantasy by being weighed down by imaginary weight. Eivor is 5'6, they should not move that slow
I can see where you're coming from, but personally I don't mind that extra weight as much as many other people do. Granted, I do wish we had more control over Eivor's actions, and maybe character animations could be faster, but if I'm being honest the thing I hate the most about Valhalla is the height of jump. Here's Eivor, a massive Viking chiseled like one of these Roman statues, jumping 2 metres upward as if she were a grasshopper.
Even with mods it still looks so slow and wierd and terrible city design but still u made it looke cool Imean it had some catch ledge but it wasent creative it was the only way to get there Now ireally apericiate ac mirage much more
My main issue with Valhalla's parkour is that Eivor really likes to do these high jumps when climbing around, which looks really weird. Other than that, I think it's fairly decent, though it would be a lot better if Lunden's architecture was more parkour friendly.
@@SirJacobFrye68 You're holding down the parkour button when climbing right? That causes the high jumps, because holding down parkour while climbing automatically triggers the old climb leap from Assassin's Creed 2. It has been modified to automatically do it when holding down the parkour button since Unity.

It's not the height, It's the weight 😅
We all know vikings were heavy dual axe wielding non-assassins 😂

@@SirJacobFrye68 yeah iagree with u
Eivor makes a normal jump longer thats probebly why it looks wierd

@@Optimus_Bull I meant something along the lines of that jump around 0:43.
Eivor thinks he's/she's Mario with that jumps only whats missing is the jump sound
Pretty much. In all honesty these jumps are a little bit ridiculous.
Woohoo!
What location is this in the game? I don't recall seeing it. It looks quite similar to Lunden though
Because it is Lunden.
@@SirJacobFrye68 Oh silly me
Nicely done.
Thanks, though I'm starting to think I could've done better 😅
@@SirJacobFrye68 definitely can improve, always.
There is no cloth phisics in the game...
I wish I could argue with this, but I can't 😅
probably they clothings just be too heavy it be weighing em down
