I, more or less, figured at the time Paul Perkins was going to be a good running back and the Giants got a solid 7- or 8-year starter. He's not big or flashy (which is probably why he was available in the 5th round) but he has enough power to pick up tough yards and shifty feet to make people miss. Perkins in fact had the best feet of any running back prospect I had seen in some time. It's not just that he made people miss but he would make them miss in small spaces and that was impressive.

Yeah I have looked @ alot of top 100 or 200 prospect list. It depends when the big run on RB's is. He has good size, quicker than he looks. Good Vision & can catch. I like him & the kid from USC that was on game changers. Both are similar day 3 prospects. I would say no earlier than round 5 for either one.

In Perkins' most productive college season, he averaged 5.7 yards per carry. That's 55th percentile when compared to all historical college RB's. Mediocre. Also, with the exception of his 40 yard dash, all of Perkins' workout metrics are 50th percentile or lower. He's not a starting caliber NFL running back. And that will soon be exposed.
Jonathan Sanchez tbh it depends on free agency like if the raiders picked up a corner like janoris jenkins or prince amukamara and a safety like eric weddle, i feel like they take zeke in the first round
