तूर डाळ - arhal डाळ 1/2 cup
चणा डाळ - chana dal 1/4 cup
मुगाची डाळ - moong dal 1/4 cup
तूप - ghee 2 tbsp
जीरे - cumin 1 tsp
हिंग - asafoetida 1/2 tsp
लसूण पाकळ्या - garlic cloves 10/12
कांदे - onion 2
टोमॅटो - tomato 2
मीठ चवीप्रमाणे - salt to taste
हळद - termeric 1/2 tsp
काश्मिरी मिरची पावडर - red chilli powder 1 tbsp
धने पावडर - coriander powder 1 tbsp
गरम मसाला - garam masala 1 tsp
हिरवी मिरची - green chilli 2
सुकी लाल मिरची - dry red chilli 3
आले - ginger 1 inch
कोथिंबीर - coriander leaves
