The anthem begins at the 3:45 mark. O say, can you see? I know I am late here but back in the 70's and 80's there were several organizations that filmed SSB sequences and donated them to whatever TV stations wanted to use them.

Lol they stole most of the footage from the Sierra Club SSB film.
I kind of agree with with yea, but it’s likely stock footage as some other stations do use this footage as their own sign-offs as well.
