  • Ever wonder what is under the dash of your Dustbuster Van? Lets take a quick tour of this 1994 Chevy Lumina Minivan at Bucks Auto Parts in Edmonton, AB and see what makes it, and all of our vans, tick under the dash.
Should work for any Chevy Lumina APV, Pontiac Trans Sport, and Oldsmobile Silhouette, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996.

That was a very interesting and approachable overview on how a car's hvac system works. Thanks for sharing! I feel like I learned a lot.

Awesome. I have a parts van but it has a minor chance of running so I don’t want to wreck it yet.

Thanks for the show-n-tell! Taking these apart in the junkyard is a great way to learn. Good job on the chime module! Everyone needs 5-6 of those for their now and future pickup trucks. I’ve been collecting them and trying to figure out how to get the different Cadillac units to work with other GM cars of the period.

OH yeah, that chime module actually landed right in my wife's Fiero who's chime module sucks...now I need to find more!

I’ve had trouble finding the chime modules in many cars from that era as they were often WAY up under the dash above the radio. Did you look in that Buick A-body? I’ve never found one in those, but in theory they should have nice ones. Period full-size Chevys and Roadmasters also have them.

I got the 93 APV and needed to know that dash foam stuff, so thanks for this video.

Its always interesting to see the innards of a vehicle . and you can break something and learn before you try it out on you own car 😂

Oh, completely. Its nice to look for assembly traps so when on your own stuff you can try to not break things.
