thanks for the informations! good video! but unfortunatly the weight calculations are not correct 796kg is 6kg heavier than 790kg. so are they supposed to be leighter or heavier?
Sorry, should have been more clear - that graphic about Red Bull's car is just an example to show how the weight for F1 cars is increasing year on year. Last year, the *maximum* F1 cars could weigh was 798kg, this year that's reduced to 796kg. Red Bull stayed under that last year with a car that weighed 790kg.
@@LottieTalksF1 but then again, since you’ve become a world traveler, perhaps you should visit us in the US. Texas (💶💶💶) would be the most fun for you, IMO. (I haven’t been to the UK in two decades, so there’s that). 😊😊😊
@@LottieTalksF1 the beginnings of a beautiful plan. Venue tickets are expensive and go fast. As well as accommodations in Austin. Perhaps 2024? Then we can get the Lottie universe to join. 🥳🥳🥳
Can't say I'm a fan of the qualifying tire change. Even by F1 standards it feels too artificial, but hey this is why they trial new ideas. I'm at least thankful they only do it a couple times to see how it goes, without jumping straight into the deep end.
Thanks Lottie. Apart from the more sprint races and tyres I quite like the rest of the ruled. DRS after 1 lap could be really good.
Yes, I'm glad the DRS rules may change!
Good video, I hadn't heard about the new tire rules for quali. Also well done on the cartoon animations, they look nice!
Thank you!!

@@LottieTalksF1 oh thank you, I didn't know that
Between all your world travels you had time to update us! Thanks. I still think we should have a LTC party at Silverstone! 😊
Hahahah I'd love that!

Same! Very glad they are just trialling it
Is this a normal amount of rule changes between seasons where there isn't a big overhaul?
I'd say so, 2022 was the big one!
Great content!
Thank you!
Thank you!
We need to hear from you more often
Will try!
Perfect...thank You..
Glad you like it!
Lottie, can my boy Chuck do it this year? I don't want to be hurt again like Last Year ™ ;__;
I'm hopeless at predictions!!
