- I know Taeyeon Dropped a new album and MV SOO I decided to binge-watch her. I plan on going back and checking out a lot of her past work but FOR NOW, it's time to enjoy this amazing comeback!

This Taeyeon album seems to be an album centered on vocals, excluding instruments as much as possible. I love Taeyeon's vocals. She's a song storyteller.
If you're interested in a more complete listening experience, I'd recommend her Purpose album (Repackage) from 2020. It's pretty much the magnum opus of her discography and easily holds up as one of the best kpop albums of the last decade imo

She hit me like a truck, and I am just along for the ride now 🤣 Definitely going to check out the INVU album!
All background vocals on the album were performed by Tae Yeon, she wrote the lyrics for the song "all for Nothing", and participated in the development and storyline of the entire album.
Ohhh I could tell it was her. Her voice is too distinct to mistake it for someone else. And I can that she is a TRUE artist in every sense of the word which is rare nowadays.
A no skip album 😘 this time her aim is to produce a very light comfortable music to listen. That's why no extra ordinary high notes like previous albums. But still slay with the vocals techniques 😍😍😍
I really live Taeyeon'album cuz they all connect together, like imagine the title track as the title of tje story then the b-sides is the whole story. Fabulous ended it so well, like after she had been through that manipulative and toxic relationship, in Fabulous she was like who cares I am fabulous❤❤
most artists albums right now is so like its just put there especially the b-sides just cuz the want too, the whole album is not connected at all.
Taeyeon since she started solo all her albums are consistent and feel like you are watching a movie❤

She worked more closely with the album this time around, even wrote the lyrics for All For Nothing. Said the tracks in the album are the stages of getting out of a toxic relationship, ultimately ending with self-confidence. This album is actually very different sounding than what she normally does, I enjoyed it a lot more the 2nd time around without the distractions of listening to it at work.
Also appreciate the full album reactions, I don't see very many people do them. Hopefully we get more Taeyeon songs! Would love to hear thoughts on her older albums like INVU, Purpose, and 'I'.
During editing I was facepalming because I assumed CC was not generated yet at the time. Then I clicked CC and MAJIC all of a sudden, the song made so much more sense 🤣🤣 Now in fairness though I did go back and watch the MV again with caps on. 100 percent more to come!
