That close up camera is Cool. It looks like gold from that. It doesn't have the angles like a pyrite. And you can pick up the gold colour. I am no expert or geologist. In fact i know diddly squat about rocks. But very cool. I wonder if there is another method you can use to test if its gold. Chemical reaction type thing.🤔🤔🤔
It's Amazing Gordon how our eye's a far Superior to Cameras. It's hard to get the same picture on film. I have noticed sparkly stuff and then try to film it and its tricky trying to get the camera to pick it up and capture the same image. Well done another fine video. It's similar to the Manaia Chert found on the other side of the peninsula. Formed when silica rich water filled a swamp eons ago

I've not had anything to do with gold but it may be testing it would make a great video. Sometime in the future maybe.

You would have to smash up the rock and pan it, to test it. Could be any number of sulfides.
Someone will have a small crushing mill that would like to test it, waiting to find them lol.

Trying to get the gold colour to show is almost impossible. Not sure about the flint but maybe.
