Je pense que la raison officielle pour laquelle le Rwanda avait soutenu la rébellion de Laurent désire kabila était que les ex miliciens hutu ayant trouver refuge zaire à l'époque menaçait la stabilité du Rwanda et risquait de rééditer un génocide et officieusement le tutsi power voulant conquérir des terres a vu au Zaïre un vaste sol et sous sol riche pouvant mener à bien leur projet macabre. Pour finir je pense que la RDC a toute la légitimité morale d'attaquer militairement le Rwanda qui depuis 25ans ne cesse de déstabiliser ce pays et toute la sous région. Pour ma part les propositions sont les suivantes: 1- Identifier, patrouiller puis mettre aux arrêts tous les complices du kagame à tous les niveaux de l'Etat 2- officiellement déclarer la guerre au Rwanda et Ouganda.

The FDLR is an alibi that Kagame uses to destabilize Congo. How can Congo which have been wagging wars since 2009 against the FDLR ally itself to the FDLR again? It doesn't make any sense. We know that FARDC is infiltrated by many Rwandan officers. Maybe these individual officers are the ones who have alliances with FDLR remnants so that Rwanda can have a pretext.
I agree Mr Kagame was a great man but not anymore. If the FDRL is still his alibi, it's a shame to see that wisdom of our leaders is a funny joke and then, africa isn't fortunate at all. You can stand in front of European, yes but if you don't want to see what happening in your neighborhood, it's still a shame.
