why lyn won't just make 1 tauren shaman for dispell? I think it would be worth for like 10 skeletons from DR
Imagine spending the time and money on Totem and Adept training and Walker to instantly lose it to an easy focus could nova. Hundreds of gold to get maybe one good disenchant on 3-4 skeletons
He never even have the economy to investment in a tauren totem. All these "could be" "would be" are just unrealistic expectations that newer players have upon these pros, because there are always trade-off for every decision when you're playing at such level.
It's so crazy that Happy just keeps going destroyers into the trolls, just no other good option in his bag, and it's even crazier that he sometimes wins with them
UD just needs to have an army to pull damage from their heroes, and if their heroes are high level, they will easily clear those trolls.

Destroyers are too fast and too easy to micro. The inherent problem with ground counter to air is they have to worry about collision and terrain. Orc's anti air options are too lacking, bats are not good enough as AA.
@@zxbc1they’re not too easy to micro unless you show your replays/streams. No one micros destros like happy. Laby, xlord, eer0 they throw away their destros all the time. 15-20 food down in loke 15-30 sec.
Glad to see Happy didn't make gargs against archers.

Second rax in first game was made cuz accolyte scout and he just start build it to confuze happy, there nothing to optimize since its just to make opponent to think u doing something u actually dont think to use and thats also one way to get into advantage.
Grubby overthinking it and self-comparing ...
This game really shows the level of persistence Happy has, i don't think any other UD players would have turn this one around

As someone who loves watching high level games of Warcraft 3 and StarCraft 2 while not being very good at them myself, what is the difference in game design for those two games, that makes it so in WC3 almost every game is played with same strategy with slight variations only, while in SC2 players who are famous for one playstyle basically vanished from the pro scene. I mean, outside of one wind rider game whole series is destroyer ghoul vs mass hh, which seems weird to me but has to make sense minmaxing wise since game is so well figured out being this old.
I think its due to 2 things: dmg relative to health and pathing. In SF there are units that will kill infinite amounts of your units if they hit. Disruptors, ultralisks, they just dont care about t1 marines and make them simply run. meanwhile t1 headhuntersare viable hight dmg hight healing unit into lategame
Heroes
It's not really the same strategies used in general. Just the same strategies usually played against Happy because he is that good.
Lyn has tons and tons of games with Blademaster, grunt openers vs hh, raiders + tauren or shaman, bats/no bats. And last time he played Happy he got him with tauren + batriders + Firelord.
The biggest thing in War3 is definitely the heroes.
If you look at any matchup in SC2, you may say certain units like hellbats definitely counter zerglings, or you need archons to counter mass mutalisks.
But it is not so clear cut in War3, because you can only counter heroes with heroes.
Sure non-hero units like riflemen obviously counter destroyers, or windriders definitely counter ghouls (and ghouls suppose to counter berserkers).
But then you need to factor in the heroes as well, like riflemen and windriders will die very easily to Undead heroes, feeding them a lot of experience. While berserkers also die easily, they don't give as much exp and they're cheaper to produce.
For ghouls vs berserkers you can't really get around the TC, therefore Happy usually won't really mass ghouls, at max only he'll only get maybe 2-3 (and the rest are skeletons).
So most of the time you'll find that Undead's main dps comes from their heroes, while Orc (if he didn't go for Blademaster) rely more on units.

He has uploaded 4 out of 7 matches. If they were 2:1 in one match, and 3:2 in the next, it means each player won one of the two missing games.
That's why I said:
He is casting these matches from the best of 7. But most of them are not uploaded, so every time he uploads a match out of order he is spoiling the results of the matches which he has not uploaded.
Orc does Bad move...lost Game...ud does 4 Bad moves...come Back easily
