Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

If a new Nemesis/Holocaust figure was to be made, I'd prefer a deluxe figure.
I think everyone would no one likes to buy 2 good figures and 6 bad figs

I love it but I wish it came with 2 heads. It's the same for me on the Cable one, I don't always want the Effect there.
only complaint so far is just in general - I wish they'd start sculpting the boots / lower legs more.
it looks too plain and glossy. & it'd add to the figure like Leader and Loki if they had some sculpting.

I’m just super glad that we have an official X-Man Marvel Legends. This figure is the coolest! Literally the only figure I got from this wave. The others, say for Dark Beast, just didn’t leave any impression on me. They did not impress. But this figure did. The fact that there is now a real X-Man figure impresses me. Keep giving obscure characters toys, Hasbro! Keep up the good work.
Really like the eye effects on this and Cable.
You know what, they should have doe the middle of the eye energy effect orange if they were going to do orange but then fade it out to a bright yellow, from the looks of it they kinda did it backwards, if we are going to take those effects into account also

Excellent figure, but there was no painting on the jacket, on the lines that should have been yellow!
He is everything Cable was supposed to be (power wise).
Cable was infected with the techno virus which inhibits his powers. Also, the Extinction Agenda storyline addresses further limiting Cable's powers.
And....Cable is the child of Scott Summers and Madelyne Pryor (Jean Grey's clone)....
Add one X-Man to my list. Not only for my X-Men collection but for my Spider-Man collection. In the post Clone Saga late 90s Marvel had Nate show up pretty regularly in Spider-Man. In one issue Nate uses his telepathy to make Peter dream of Aunt May so he could give her one final goodbye. I thought the idea of making Pete and Nate buddy buddys was a cool idea. Too bad it went nowhere.
The reason why his eye is orange and yellow and not just yellow like cable is because cables is glowing from the electricity from the techno-organic virus Nate his eyes glowing from the power that's taking over his body
I took the hands from the new human torch to use with this fig.Also the bomb affects from Boom Boom and captain marvel.

Like always I enjoy your videos. I can't wait for X-Man(Nate). I read the comic about Nate, in X-Man #10 . He senses Xavier's astral form spying on him, and drags him into the real world. Plus Nate encounters Cable later on. Both Xavier & Cable say X-Man(Nate) power level is equal to the Dark Phoniex.

I have to say that among Weapon X and Dark Beast, I really like Nathan Grey as well. The entire wave is imo awesome. Best money I've spent. Xcellent review, Shartimus.
