    Incredibly underrated delay. One of my favorites and I have dozens!

      Agreed! It’s super creative. Did I see you list an Ultrasheer on Elektronauts? Haha 😆

      @@Duskmos you did! I love it, I’m just wayyyyy more into delay than reverb. It’s just as high quality though imo. Were you looking for one?

    Love this pedal, copping one of these while I’m in the US next month… They cost 100 more here in Europe. I wish they had also implemented midi into the Ultrasheer.

      Man international pricing is tough sometimes, but glad you'll be over here and can scoop one up! Midi would've been great on the Ultrasheer for sure. I wonder if there will be an Ultrasheer 2?? The Polyphrase also has a metal top plate instead of the PCB board style, so I could see that coming to a second version of the Ultrasheer too.

      @@Duskmos it’s a different top material to the Ultrasheer? I thought my Ultrasheer was metal 🤔

    • @Duskmos
      @Duskmos  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah! My Ultrasheer top plate is like a smooth PCB type material, I’m not sure if they’ve changed them since I got mine.

      The look really similar though, so it doesn’t really look like a mismatch or anything

      @@Duskmos They must have switched before I purchased mine. Mine's got to be metal, or else this is the best fake metal I've ever seen.

    can this be powered with any 9V adaptor?

    • @Duskmos
      @Duskmos  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah! As long as it is a 9V center negative (so any pedal power supply) that puts out at least 200mA will do the trick.

      Thanks so much for checking it out! As far as others, I don't know of any others that un-sync L/R channels, that's pretty unique (unless you get two mono pedals!), but one of my favorites is the Strymon Volante. It's got kind of a lofi character, some spring reverb, and a looping sound-on-sound mode that is a lot of fun! I also have the OTO BIM which is great too with a lot of options, but a bit more expensive than the others as well. Quality stuff though. =)

      The new ones that just came out from Glou-Glou also have independent left and right controls - the Flancher 5B and 5D :)

      I see the common utility that I would also like to see in any older synthesizer, easy enough to just have fun with the manual in your filing cabinet somewhere else entirely. I liked complicated machines when I was younger and I see the need for simpler machines used with more intent as time flys. 🪰
