I need to make a form where every question has an option "don´t know/don´t want to answer" But some of them ar numeric, some are text, like Age, weight, "are you retired" and many others. Is there any way I can insert this option in every question? thank you

Hi Marilia, ODK only works on Android devices, we have found it easier to get a basic Android device than looking for options in an OS enviroment.
