      Pinterest has this zucchini ravioli dish. It is absolutely amazing. I promise you you would never know it was made with zucchini. My kids ate it and they are very picky.

    After watching many of your videos recently, I want to say I appreciate so much your emphasis on folks being in different "seasons". So true. Often times programs/routines/lifestyles can seem overwhelming and demanding. It's important to understand minimalism looks different on each of us. But we will still benefit. Like when you mention keeping inventory, maybe some folks like to scrapbook, or I myself love cooking and am happy to maintain my extra inventory of cookware and spices. You do a great job making sure it doesn't seem like a cookie cutter lifestyle, but rather emphasize the benefits from the changes overall. Thank you!

    Dawn, God is using you to speak into my life; please give a BIG hug to your friend who introduced you to this cookbook!!!! I truly believe this is an answer to prayer and will help me so much!! Cooking for my family, my parents and my in-laws, my husband and I are in a BUSY season of life. Both working full time, serving in our church and helping our parents trying to find time for healthy meals is challenging. May God bless you and Tom in a mighty way.     After watching your last video, I went to my local library and checked out this book and made the first meal, I love this system so much I bought the book immediately. It's just me and my husband and he is military and I work in an ER and have 2 autoimmune diseases, so I am tired a lot. My life is changed.     I have an entire page of symptoms that have gone away since I gave up gluten, including all the symptoms of MS.

    These are great. Def do another week of these meal videos. You have helped me so much in general. I just simplified my youngest child's wardrobe with your first video and it has made finding things so much easier. I just feel so much calmer and more clear - minded with a less cluttered home. And have been refusing "free toys" which was a big step for me. But the kids don't *need* any more. They have plenty, we are so blessed in this country. Thank you for your messages, even if you "don't have bowls"! You are able to get it all done and be there for your kids. You are awesome!

      I knew shepherds pie was lamb, so when I made it with ground beef, we started calling it cowboy pie. 😂 Glad to know there's an actual name for it. We might just keep calling it cowboy pie. 😉

    I would love to see more recipes that you have tried. I just received the book but did not have a chance to really get into it. I love to cook but having a few meal recipes for during the week, would be great since I work full time. Love your videos with you, Cass, and Dana on decluttering. I have learned so....much from all of you. I am finally getting my house organized thanks to all three of you.

    I would love to see more meal prep videos! I do meal planning, but I go through my recipes in my notebook and Pinterest. It is getting hard to plan out meals because I get tired of doing it. But it is nice to come home from work, knowing exactly what we are having for dinner. It would be great to already have the meal prepped and ready to cook. I'm going to have to check this cookbook out. Thank you so much for sharing! Blessings to you all!

    Hi Dawn and Tom, (the dream team) thank you for showing us this fabulous cookbook. I'm following along with my copy. What an amazing book, so nice and clear and easy to use. I have fibromyalgia and I've just came home from holiday feeling super sore after over indulgence🤪. So when I eat better I feel better. I tried paleo and felt great but the prep was intensive. I'm super excited, thank you.😃

    I ordered this after your video last week and we have been LOVING it. I am a vegetarian and my husband and children are not. Because of how it's structured, it's really easy for me for us to have the same meal but for me to use my own substitutes. It's been a game changer.

    We love Shepherd's Pie in our family, and we always add extra veggies whenever we have them available. I make it in the crockpot and then we can freeze part of it and eat the rest (we're a 2 person household and sometimes take things to my grandma). Shepherd's Pie is made with lamb while Cottage Pie is made with beef.

    With my husband doing the weekly grocery shopping through the pandemic, I got stuck making the same meals over and over. I used to browse the isles and that would give me ideas on what to cook for the week. But, now that I found Instacart (and Aldi, their selection is better than I thought!) it makes everything easier. Yes, keep doing these videos! I know it's from 2019, but I like your channel in general, so keep it up!

    I’ve been a migraine patient from the age of 10, now 47 so tried a lot of things to be free of it. So glad Tom has found what triggers it for him!!
    Unfortunately i have many triggers, one I figured out recently was the intake of salt and a higher blood level. I’ve cut the attacks in half!! After so many years who would have thought it could be just that. Good luck with the healthy eating habits 🍀👍🏼 bless you!

    I bought the book! We have multiple family members with gluten a!lergies. Did week one recipes. Food tastes great and prep work was doable for me, I have had multiple spine surgeries. Love how easy the meals are to prepare with step by step directions. Also full nutrition information at back of cookbook. Thanks for showing this! Love to see more meal prep and tips.

    Thank you for sharing another week😊 Took a chance that your updates would be positive and ordered the book, it should arrive today. Like you I do think that it would be best to find a few weeks we really like and stick with those for now. Another thought I had was not having time to prep on the weekend but Monday with the kids in school would probably be the best time for me. I guess a good tip to remember is to stay flexible and adjust to suit you where you need. Thank you once again for bringing us practical tips for simplifying our lives.

    So we bought this book as soon as we saw the last video. I've already recommended it to everyone who will listen. So we didn't follow the meal plan exactly, but used the "ideas". Cooked up a roast in the instant pot; mashed potatoes; rice. Veg is super easy so we did that day to day. The meals have been fabulous and we've made it all week re-doing the same ingredients into completely different meals. So much fun.

    Would love to see another week of meal prep. I've just put this book on my birthday wish list. Maybe long term I would prep a chicken week and a beef week together and alternate them throughout the week, then do leftovers or something simple for the seventh night.

    I went to the Fed + Fit website and found a pdf version of 4 weeks. I've tried so many meal prepping systems and cookbooks and JUST cleaned out and donated all but my 5 favourite most used cookbooks. So I wanted to be sure this would be a book I would use! So far SO GOOD!! We have loved every recipe we have tried and I have loved how quickly they go together and how flavorful they are without a bunch of crazy weird ingredients. We also have to eat dairy free and I have found the recipes extremely easy to adapt to that. Thanks for sharing!! These all look like recipes my family would love!! I cannot wait for my book! However I promised my husband I would make all 4 weeks on the pdf first before grabbing the book. So 3 more weeks to go! Haha.

    We have prepared about 16 of the weeks. We loved them all. The variety is great! I am only cooking for 2-3 most nights, so we usually end up with 2 dinners from each recipe.

    I just ordered this book based on your videos. I can’t wait to go shopping this weekend to get started.
    I plan on doubling recipes since we have 3 kids and 2 are teens. I’ll do 2 week plans for one week, totally 6 days of food and then leave one day for leftovers.

    I used to peel the broccoli stalks and slice into sticks, along with celery and carrots. My kids and I ate them with ranch dressing!! 😋. Yum!

    Going gluten free completely helped my bestfriend with migraines and all over. She no longer gets migraines and does feel better all around. Weight loss was a bonus.

    Two weeks ago we planned, prepped and cooked dinner for 10 days. It's been awesome. Three times and you got a month done. Hubby is doing it with me. So far, so good.

    Inspired over here. My oldest use to be extremely picky until I implement eat what's in front of you for dinner or go to bed early. She still is not a fan of anything green and most vegetables. My husband is also not much for cooked veggies. I'm so tempted to try this and see how they do

    Yes Dawn, I would really appreciate another prep video. I have the book in my basket but everything is more expensive u north so I just want to be sure I'm going to be using it.

    I bought the cookbook and then hurt my foot and couldn't walk until just a day or two ago. So I haven't been able to use the cookbook yet but love watching and hearing the feedback you give on the recipes. I would love to see each week you use the meal plan in this book!

    I’ve had this cookbook for a year and finally tried for the first time (procrastinate much?) I started with week 13 and it was absolutely delicious. (Big fail on Mom though, forgetting my youngest hates mushrooms and the tetrazzini was full of them. )
    Was unsure about the spaghetti squash being a passable replacement for pasta. Very different but still tasted great. I’m going to try out the week you guys did with the Cottage pie this week. Enjoy your channel so much ❤️

    I don't usually comment, but I just wanted to say that I enjoy your videos. And also, as a fellow migraine-sufferer, I wanted to suggest that you also look at tomatoes and or/garlic as possible sources for your husband's headaches (if going gluten-free doesn't eliminate them). I've had headaches my whole life, and didn't realize until last year that those 2 were huge migraine triggers for me. They are also very common ingredients in Italian food, so maybe that could be part of the Olive Garden connection?

    Would love to see more, I bought the book and am hauling it around while I do some work travel picking my week to start with. My husband passed away a year ago and meal time is still hard, I still want to cook so I'm thinking this will allow for some variety. I also picked up some containers that I can make some freezer plates for weekends or to share with a friend. I admit that the three meals for the week messed with my mind but realized that really is what I needed, with the leftovers. This system is really pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.

    I've been doing this for years. THANK YOU for all the new ideas. Sometimes I bake chicken, grill pork, and make meatballs and meatloaf all at the same time. Turn rice into a Mexican dish and make some plain, steam broccoli, peppers and cauliflower...throw some pasta in a pot. My daughter will walk into the kitchen, take one look and run away because I make a huge mess with it all. But in about two hours I have 8-10 meals!!!
