Just found your channel while searching for how to design notebooks. I started binging your videos, you’re so good! Subscribed! I’ll also use your links for everything I sign up for , thanks so much!
I've created hardcopy and paperback. The pp book sells for $15 but similar or same notebook in hardcover sells for over $40, making them non-sellable because no one is going to pay $40+ for a notebook or planner.
Bleed printing extends the printed design slightly beyond the edge of the final cut size. When the product is trimmed, this ensures that the design or color reaches the very edge without any unprinted margins.
how would we go about printing this for a perfect bind/paperback? would we just save the Pdf and take to a print shop to be printed at these exact measurements?
This is specifically for printing with Amazon. But you can also use the method for any other printers. Just ask your printer for their specifications because each printer has different ones. :)

I thought we turn pages from right to left. We take the page on the on the right and move it to the left as we turn the page. We read left to right but we turn the page right to left. At least that is what I thought.
I had no idea you could now create hardback kdp books! Thank you, great video!
Yes, I think they started it last year. :)

So the template/bleed area is what would be folded over your chip board for book binding?

Hello! What would be the dimensions for the interior pages of this book.
Hello. The dimension is up to you. You can do the steps in the tutorial with any dimension. :)
I’m having a hard time getting my template in canva. It’s saying size is too big. What can I do about the size? Please help, thank you

In some countries (cultures), it's turning pages from left to right and reading or writing from right to left. :) For example, Chinese or in China. :)
Can one sell only hardcover on kdp??
Paperback and hardback.:)
