Well done on your acceptance my man! This striker list feels like it's missing something. You have no way of beating untargetable monsters. You have no limit 3s so IDP fits in quite well.
most likely on the same level (or below) as live twins. there’s no main phase 2 which massively hits the deck and because there are only 3 backrow slots, it will limit the amount of widow anchors and cards to recycle.
I haven’t played duel links since Aleister n pals were meta, but just messing around it totally depends on how good you are. It isn’t really a combo deck or has standard “lines of play,” but instead is situationally dependent. Judging by duel links meta tier list, I’d say it’s easy Tier 1.5 since the only things I’ve encountered that stops me is if I brick or Battle Chronicle non effect monsters screw your widow anchors. Engage at 2 with a ~20 card deck is wild.
The way boxes work in Duel Links is ridiculous. You have set numbers of cards in each one(including an excessive bloat of Normals and Rares, 2 of each SR and one of each UR), and no real crafting system. The only consolation is sometimes they release "Dream Ticket" items that let you get the Box UR(or SR for some tickets) of your choice. At least since Raye and the Shizuku are in the same box you can dig for both in one go and then "reset" the box before pulling it in its entirety if you don't want the rest of the stuff(though Ghost Mourner is kinda cracked if you're trying to rack up enough damage to close out games). Did I mention Jamming Waves is an SR in an entirely separate box(even though they were willing to "reprint" Eagle Booster, the only other Striker card available before now)? I got screwed over by Harp Horror being in a separate box when they reprinted EVERY OTHER CARD when they finally went and added the Link stuff for it(the main decks were floundering around uselessly around the same time actual Orcust was out on paper by the way). And Selection Boxes are even worse, since you can't even dig all the way down into them without paying actual money, unlike standard boxes(and they usually rotate them in an out of the shop at set intervals). I was lucky enough to grab a Forbidden Droplet from one of the newest Selection boxes, you pretty much need that or Ice Dragon's Prison to deal with untargetable bunguses due to the lack of in-engine tools for that availible right now, and neither are particularly easy to go for. The play style in Duel Links is a lot like that 2018 variant from before Hayate and Kaina, Hayate is more for closing out games with Direct Attacks than anything else. Swords of Revealing Light lasts long enough that someone that fails to out it can just lose to repeated direct attacks before it wears off, and Raye as your ONLY starter(not even Hornet Drones is availible) means you have to commit hard if you want to Link Climb to finish games, since there's no Striker Link-2s or Linkage to pivot back into engine with. 2 Raye feels like an absolute minimum to make it work, though with stuff like Monster Reincarnation or Warrior Returning alive as a makeshift Scissors Cross(which ALSO isn't in this game yet), you CAN make it work with just 1 if you're desperate/stingy enough.
Its monetization practices are just really bad compared to master duel. But I see it more as a test of patience because technically you COULD play it without spending actual money. It would just take ages to get a working deck. My cope is that you would spend money to get the actual physical cards in real life so I try not to feel as bad spending it on virtual cardboard lol.

I have it but I don’t find it super necessary at the moment. If I keep running into Battle Chronicles then yeah it’s a good option
