But ironically Arcaea side somehow butchering it by nerfing Distorted Fate chart to the ground, but maybe its unavoidable tho, idk.. but c'mon, they can do it much better if they didn't holding down, there even already fanmade enhancement chart that was just maded few hour after Distorted Fate release in Arcaea and its miles better than official lol

What they meant by etr being for beginners is that it allows new songs to have a harder eternal difficulty while ftr will be easier. For example distorted fate getting a 9 is accessible for arcaea beginners who want to play such a well known song but aren’t good enough to play 10+
